An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Had a 4lock appointment. I hour passes and nothing. The front desk girls are useless.

All I wanted was to make an appointment for Dental cleaning and I literally just went inside and no one was at the front desk?!!! All you hear is coworkers laughing and having a conversation, they HEAR ME saying "hello hello " and pause, then go back to the inappropriate conversations they were having. Terrible service , Terrible Staff. Give me a free dental cleaning or I'd sue this place. Terrible, I might as we'll work here to give this place a better reputation. Waste of potential, get better, educated staff please.

soo they advised my boyfriend to leave his inhaler with them during bis wisdom teeth surgery and didnt bother giving it back, when i called to see what had happen to it, one lady said we aren't responsible for what patients bring in and i told her there was another girl with pink-orange scrubs who said to leave it there and they had nothing to say. plus the front desk lady had a bad attitude.

Extremely rude staff. Receptionist was rude with a snarky attitude, staff talks to patients family like they are flat out stupid and a bother, and Dr Hannah was just as snarky and rude when asked for aftercare advice. Also appointment did not begin until an HOUR after set time. Do yourself a favor and find a dentistry staff with some manners.

The Modern Dentistry team was friendly, efficient and informative. Dr. Ortega was thorough in his exam and communicated the results and requirements clearly. The hygienist did and excellent job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend this dental group to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Worst costumer service ever!! Spoke to briana over the phone and she was in a rush the whole time to get me off the line, I had a few questions regarding my insurance and kept saying ok see you this date etc. and once I asked her the specific question regarding my co-pays I said ok I need to cancel. She hung up on me

This dentist continually changes appointments. They changed date of one and time of another without calling. Then the "new" dates they booked have been cancelled one the night before and another the day of. Been waiting since June and now we'll see if the 3rd time works later in October.

I really can't believe I said it,I love this place. The people, the dentist who's was absolutely tentative, compassionate, and very welcoming. I really felt so comfortable with this place. It's been about 8 yrs or so since I been to dentist they understood how I felt took that into consideration. Made me feel comfortable and happy. They took care of my my pain,of my tooth,found out it was my molar they took great care of me. Beyond happy. Luve this place. I finally found a Dentist and place I Luve. Highly recommended. Clean place.

FAST !! CALLED, WAS IN THE NEXT DAY AS A NEW PATIENT, XRAYS DONE , NEXT DAY HAD CROWN REPLACED AND AM TOTALLY SATISFIED. WILL RECOMMEND.

Had a 4:00 app. was on time, they had 5 people in waiting, was told to wait in my car at 80 degrees, once 45 min passed walked in and they said they were just going to call me. Had a referral for extraction with exrays, was told I had a charge for consoltaion, I said I was here for extraction, they said dentist had to talk to me. I walked out, will not go back.

I haven't been to a dentist in a while due to phobia and also cost, But Dr. Ortega was super friendly and really cares about his patients and their comfort. Was really gentle and at the end of it all a root canal wasn't all that unpleasant. As well as his staff, they aspire to make your visit a pleasant one. Prices are also good and affordable.
