As the mother of two growing children, I know what its like to do a million things at once! I have used this skill every day since I joined the Dental Field four years ago. I love that I get to use my experience and my compassion to help people both in the dental world and in daily life. Just like I want my kids to know that I am on their side, I also want my patients to know that I am on their side. I can get you in quickly if you have an emergency, or provide you with the many options we have when it comes to taking care of your teeth. Not only am I one of the first staff members whom the patients come into contact, I also help them get the most out of their insurance benefits and to understand the treatment that the Doctor recommends.

Upon arrival office staff claimed they did not have our referral which I knew was sent. Staff answered incoming calls on speaker phone and most of the calls were complaints for anyone near the desk to hear. Two patients left facility while we were there, complaining that they could not wait any longer for their appointment. Front office was unhelpful at answering questions as to when we would actually be seen. . After an hour waiting.. My daughter and I said to take our name off the list and that we were leaving. Front office was apathetic at best at our complaints of waiting and would not check for us as to when we would be seen. Very poor customer service and the lack of professionalism was appalling.

No la vengan . Important . They told me that I was just another patient and that they had thousands of patients that I am not important.

Absolutely the worst dental practice. If I could rate a 0 I would. Yahll should be reported. How do you cancel 4 appointments for not having a dentist? I was seen in February for severe pain. All of my x-rays were taken and insurance claim filed but nothing since I can't even get my x-rays back which are legally MINE. I now have caught on to the games your customer service reps play. Truly an awful place. Get it together

This place is absolutely awful. They do not care about their patients. After weeks of daily phone calls and finally getting ahold of some one for an appointment I had to wait 2 hours past my scheduled appointment to be called back. I Had my wisdom teeth pulled out in 30 minutes. They were in such a rush to get me out of there so they could leave that when they numbed my gums they didn't even check it to see if they were numb before just ripping my teeth out. I have a very high pain tolerance and I've gotten 4 teeth taken out before (not here) with numbing shots perfectly fine without moving a flinch and not feeling anything but pressure. This was not the case, I had more pain than when I birthed my kids, then they said I was being dramatic. They also kept trying to tell me it's just pressure..as if I don't know the difference between pressure and excruciating pain! I kept telling them It wasn't pressure it was pain, I think they finally realized when I jolted so hard I kicked all the tools on the floor and my boyfriend and other patients could hear me scream from the waiting room. After yelling and flinching more they gave me more numbing shots..my top 2 wisdom teeth were a breeze and I didn't move at all after that. I had my two bottom teeth pulled out and was hardly numb at all for one, and halfway numb for the other. I was in literal tears and screaming. Not to mention the thing that really frustrated me that the doctor, the oral surgeon herself was in her car pulling out of the lot before we did. I walked right out of there in less than 2 minutes. They had said make an appointment in 2 weeks but after that traumatic experience alls I needed was a work note. I'll find somewhere else to do a check up that cares about their patients, not the paycheck and rushing important procedures to leave right away. It's a shame because the ladies upfront are absolutely perfect, they're so sweet and helpful and I was thinking about making this location my primary dentist office...but the people in the back that actually work on teeth made me never want to come back let alone recommend this place to anyone. PLEASE IF YOU WANT PROPER CARE FOR SOMETHING AS SERIOUS AS MOUTHWORK SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT GO HERE. If I could I would give this place no stars.

(Translated by Google) Bad experience if it helps you, my advice look for another place by phone they seem to be friendly but it is a disaster those in the office have a cold treatment, poorly spoken and never assume a mistake of theirs. I have almost 3 months to get a visit with a surgeon after waiting from July to August 25 for a month and days I call on the 22nd to confirm the appointment, they tell me that the doctor is going on vacation and that the appointment was cancelled, I have a horrible toothache then they give me one for on September 27 I called on the 26th to confirm and I didn't show up and they didn't want to help at all they told me they would call me back and nothing buelbo and I called and nothing I didn't show up it's not there after some information I gave him they tell me go on 26 at 3:30 when I get there they tell me that the doctor is not here that she left it was so important that I started crying for putting up with it for so long and seeing the nerve there, they tell me that I didn't have the date well that's why I didn't they found me I tell them that it's never my fault but they never apologized and left I imagine a little white girl is very racist and she spoke to me so badly I left the office and they didn't take me in. This person insulted me and came out of there for a moment pence who would hit me all in English I never answered them since I don't have a good command of the language but if I understood everything and he also went outside to yell at me to get out, they never apologized for the errors in the office. Waooo I had never been treated so badly, let alone in a medical place. They have to check the stat up front, what a horrible treatment I came out crying from so much impotence.

Do your research before making an appointment with this pediatric dentistry. The cleanings my children experienced were done poorly. They also add additional costs without any notice which I'm still waiting to speak to a manager to get this resolved. This place of business is a fly by night type of operation. Very disappointed with the overall visit.

Went to a lot of trouble to get an appointment and get there. The parking lot has handicapped parking but then you have to walk up hill half a block plus to get to the entrance. The doctor was called away an hour before my appointment I waited over 2 months for and I was already on the way so I didn't know until I got there.

The most unorganized and inept office I've ever been too....Nobody has any clue when asked about billing issues or your account. They use an outside call service which is the most inept I've ever dealt with. They say they call you and leave messages or that they aren't able to leave voicemails. Had an appt yesterday was told after I had already showed up that my dentist no longer even works there. The office people have no clue what day of the week it is. My only regret is that I stayed there as a patient for so long. stay away, there are much better available!!

I had an Oral surgery consult back in March (we're in August now), ever since I've been calling every week to get an oral surgery appointment, awful. They either never answer or tell you they can't schedule anything right now. Not to mention they never call you back.
