My daughters have been coming to the Lancaster Children Dental for years. They have dual insurance and because their primary insurance is not Cigna they wont take them which cigna is their secondary insurance. Is very disappointent that you dont' treat your loyal patiets right. You take Cigna insurance yes is an etxra step that your staff needs to do, but your staff is not willing to do the extra steps.

Unhappy very bad customer service calling me at the last minute letting me know that they are changing my appointments.. I will not give any stars.. they don't deserve it.. front desk person needs to be more respectful. We need service for our kids not this kind of service.

Honestly, Im so happy talking my kids to this office, sometimes the waiting time is to much, but is worth it when you have as a result a neat work on your kids! Thanks to the Dentist and all his team!!

The new system you guys have is honestly really bad, people have things to do and some people like me have a lot of kids and it's hard being a single mom trying to get my kids in to e car for an appointment just for them to tell me they won't let me in because I'm 10 minutes late. This is why my rating for you guys is terrible honestly so bad.

As always great experience . The whole staff is friendly and amazing with the kids my daughter lost her fear of the dentist thanks to how they approach and treat her and we have never had an issue with any of the work they've done . Can't recommend them enough .

The Lancaster Children's Dentist is literally the best dentist for kids . This is my kids second visit with them & nothing has changed . Amazing staff! Always so kind and gentle with the kids . I was waiting a bit longer this time around due to short staff but I didn't mind. My kids loved the experience and we did not have any issues! Just amazing ! Definitely recommend!!!!

Love going to this dentist office. All the staff members are super nice, gentle, and caring. Main dentist is excellent and very caring towards his patients. Don't ever see myself taking my kids to any other dentist office. Thank you for all you guy's diy there.

Another wonderful visit at Lancaster Children's Dental. My 6 year old was actually looking forward to his visit today. He brought the dentist change from his piggy bank to fix his fillings lol. Great staff, always clean and fun experience !

Hands-down the best pediatric dentist office in the AV. Our son is on the moderate to severe autism spectrum and they have been great working with him. He's fourteen and today was the first time he let any dentist take X-rays and do a proper cleaning without being sedated. I'm beyond happy and grateful for their help and patience.
