Dr. Jacobs has been in Orthodontic practice for over 25 years. He has been a provider for Invisalign since 1999 and earned Elite Provider status in 2010 and Platinum Provider status in 2018. He has achieved the highest level of clinical training and experience with the Invisalign System.
Dr. Jacobs graduated from The Ohio State University and earned his Orthodontic degree in 1988. Dr. Monty is also very involved with the community. He and his wife Jane have been rehabing homes in Hamilton as an effort to improve their community. Dr. Jacobs is a past President, and current Treasurer of the Keely Dental Society, an organization committed to providing dental care to underprivileged children. Dr. Jacobs is a very skilled woodworker; some of the furniture that he made has been exhibited at the Fitton Center for Creative Arts. When you are reclining in our chairs you can experience his work for yourself. He has beautiful carvings above each chair.
No ball and stick games here, Dr. Monty is an 'S' sport guy. Soccer, skiing, and yes even skateboarding! An orthodontist that shreds? Yah, he 's strictly old school. He was co-captain of the OSU ski team in 84 ' and 85 '. Now he only snow board and he still plays soccer at least twice a week. Dr. Jacobs was on the first soccer team at Fairfield High School (class of 1978). You can see him battle the Varsity Soccer team at the annual alumni game.

Twenty-five years after my son had braces with Dr Jacobs, I went to him for Invisaligns. I couldn't believe how quickly my teeth moved and how painless the process was. Dr. Jacobs and everyone on his staff were always friendly and competent. Dr. Jacobs listened to my concerns and made a special effort to help me reach my goals. I highly recommend them!

100% happy with the results of my Invisalign braces! Having had metal braces when I was a teenager, and as an adult getting Invisalign was definitely a better experience. Dr. Jacobs and all his staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and I have never had any issues with anything. In fact, I recommended Dr. Jacobs to one of my co-workers who took his daughter there, where she is getting Invisalign as well.

I could not be happier with the results my granddaughters smile received from going to DrJacobs. She did not smile in any of her photos for two years prior to her invisilines . Dr Jacobs is a wonderful doctor with an extremely caring staff. I love his practice and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their smile

Dr Jacobs is an AWESOME Orthodontist!! He truly cares about his patients and even when he is extremely busy, he makes the time to talk to each patient. His staff is superb also!! They try to always wear a smile and ask how you are doing even though they are multi-tasking between patients. Then the next time you come in either Dr. Jacobs or the girls will ask you about whatever you talked about last time......... THAT IS AMAZING!!! So not only do your teeth come out looking fantastic but you feel special every time you go in. I am always recommending Dr. Jacobs and his staff to everyone.

Great staff & Doctor!! Usually out of the office within 20 minutes which is great when your kids have to head to school afterwards!! Taylor's teeth are looking fantastic and she's so happy with all the great progress!! Great job guys!!
