Dr. Lambert and his staff was amazing. He pulled 2 of my teeth under general anesthesia. This practice is kind, caring and professional. My husband was waiting for me and was suprised it was quicker then expected. I was in and out in less than an hour. THANK YOU DR. LAMBERT for taking great care of me. RH

Dr Lambert and his staff were very friendly and professional. They were able to work me in quickly. Dr Lambert took the time to explain everything to me during the constant. IV sedation went smoothly and very little pain after the extraction. Excellent experience thank you

I had all four wisdom teeth removed plus one bottom tooth infected that had a cavity for a long time. They made it a painless experience and he even personally called to ensure I felt okay afterwords at 7pm. Overall a great experience and I will go back if I need any further work done!

Had three wisdom teeth removed today without anesthesia. The only painful part of the process was the pokes from the numbing shots. He used drills and cutting tools, but I didn't feel a thing. He communicates to ensure you're completely numb before starting. He's clearly an expert at what he does and his staff were pleasant and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Lambert if you are needing tooth extractions.

Dr. Lambert and his entire staff went above and beyond today to make my visit a great experience. He even called later to make sure I was doing ok. Thank you for making it a painless experience!

Dr. Lambert was nice and did call to check on me following surgery. I give 2 stars because of his staff. 1st staff member attempting an IV went straight through the vein in my arm(nice big fat vein). She went to get a 2nd staff, but first taped a cotton ball. I reminded her I was allergic to the tape and she remarked she didn't look at my chart. 2nd staff attempted IV in my hand below the first attempt. She started to tape the IV and I reminded I was allergic to tape. She stated she didn't look at my chart and then used the medical adhesive wrap to hold the IV. She seemed in a big hurry with the wrap and I felt the needle go straight through the vein and told her so but she dismissed me and left the room. Ended up being stuck a 3rd time for IV. I understand not all IVs are easy and I'm not upset by the attempts, but because both staff members told me they had not looked at my chart and then continued on. I have numerous allergies and also felt they were completely dismissive. The first IV attempt left a nickel size knot and bruise for almost 2 weeks and my hand was bruised almost as long. I attempted to talk with Dr. Lambert at my follow up appointment but he had no interest in a conversation. I have one more follow up and then will find a new provider if other services are needed.

Warning about Dr. Lambert-- Here's what happened to me: In July 2020 I went to Dr. Lambert for a tooth extraction with anesthesia. His medical assistant inserted an IV into my wrist and immediately hit the nerve. As I screamed, "Stop!" "You hit a nerve!" "Take it out!," she continued jabbing and trying to find a vein. (I'm a nurse, there's no vein there.) Dr. Lambert finally came into the room. He gave me a prescription and said he would call me that evening to check on me. He never did. The office staff was rude and dismissive. It was a nightmare dealing with them. Dr. Lambert decided he was not going to take any responsibility and he would not help me. I've spent thousands of dollars and many hours trying to get treatments to relieve the pain and help me function. I later learned from a specialist that she cut the nerve. There is nothing medical science can do to help me unless someday there's a breakthrough surgery that will repair nerves. It would be a miracle! I've talked to 32 lawyers. Every single one of them has declined my case since they are all positive the medical assistant will just lie and it will be her word against mine. So, I'm not going to get any financial help on this. I'm telling my story to warn you to beware of Dr. Lambert. I have permanent nerve damage and am facing a lifetime of pain and difficulty using my left hand. (I am thankful it wasn't my dominant hand as I can't imagine how I would live with that injury.) My reason for sharing this is I want to help people so they can avoid problems because they had the unfortunate experience of going to Dr. Lambert for routine care. It's not revenge-- I just want to make people aware and maybe prevent others from this suffering. Dr. Lambert has no reason to stop this from happening again. I wish someone had warned me. That's my story.

Dr Lambert and his staff made me feel very comfortable even though I was extremely anxious! They had me in and out in no time at all and I received a call the same night to check in on me. I am healing wonderfully and couldn't be happier with the service received!

Update: received a call from Dr Lambert himself, asking how I was doing. I can't remember every having a surgeon call me back after a procedure. What a compassionate man. I had a procedure today with Dr Lambert, he was so kind and took care to numb me enough to ensure I experienced no pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an oral surgeon. The office staff was also top notch. He's a great addition to Hopkinsville!

First of let me say the doctor was great and i have no complaints about the surgery. In and out in no time and he was very friendly. My problem was with the front desk and technician that couldnt help me when i needed it. Had my wisdom teeth taken out. Got dry sockets and bad infection. Worst pain of my life. Go back to get them packed for some relief and the packing comes out an hour after being home.. Pain returns and i can not even sleep and end up having to miss work. When asked if i could get something for the pain because the tylenol3 they prescribed wasnt cutting it, i was told it was illegal and there was nothing they could do because the doctor was out the rest of the week on vacation and pretty much treated me like i was a nuisance. I do not like taking pain meds unless absolutely needed and being in the worst pain of my life and not being able to get any relief is a joke. When I asked the woman at the desk for some help after calling the emergency number numerous times and finally getting redirected back to her, she said yes the technician said they were both really infected and im sure you're in alot of pain but there is nothing we can do im sorry. Worst pain of my life and no relief....wonderful!

Absolutely love Lambert. I was extremely nervous to the point of tears, but the assistant was so kind. She tried asking questions to engage my attention else where. Dr. Lambert was very professional, and very helpful in explaining the before, during, and after process. He even called later in the evening to check-in, and make sure everything was okay. I've never had a doctor or dentist do that before. Therefore, I give customer service a solid 10/10. Prices are reasonable. If I had to have wisdom teeth removed again, I would definitely go back to Lambert. (But thank goodness it's only once!)

Dr. Miller and his assistant were amazing today. I have extreme anxieties. I wasn't scheduled to be sedated, just numbed. I called this morning to ask if they could sedate me since I wasn't doing so well emotionally. They changed it without hesitation. The assistant was so kind and showed me she truly understood my anxiety. It felt like I had a friend with me the entire time because of her. When Dr. Miller came in, he was so compassionate and kind with a great bedside manner. I couldn't be more relieved with the outcome of my appointment. They were so caring, compassionate, understanding, and kind. I couldn't have asked for better care today.
