My wife and I went to Dr. LeMee for cleanings and exams. The exams were the most thorough we've experienced in all our years of receiving dental services. An added plus was he does cleanings himself. He is gentle and comprehensive when doing a cleaning. I also had a broken filling and a small cavity. I barely felt the needle for the Novocaine and was throughly numbed for the drilling. Our only regret was that we were visiting Evanston for just a few months. We wish Dr. LeMee could be our dentist all of the time.

I will mourn the day I move away from Evanston and no longer have Dr. LeMee as my dentist! He is the best I have visited. I used to have anxiety over dental work from past experiences but his easy going humor, warm personality and experience are enough to set anyone at ease. Carla is extremely helpful and personable too, and adds just as much to the atmosphere as Dr. LeMee. I went here for the first time to get a custom night guard and didn't have insurance, and they gave me a very generous discount to accommodate me. I've had no issues and have referred friends here, I am so confident they'll have a good experience. Highly recommend!!

I became a patient in 2019 when I was in dire need of a root canal, having held off way too long to have the procedure done and having avoided seeing a dentist for several years up till then. At the time I was still insured and the procedure was efficient and effective, without causing any issues since. After losing my insurance and still seeing them for regular biannual appointments, they kept out-of-pocket costs reasonable for cleanings, X-rays, and fillings. Dr. LaMarr was a very helpful receptionist, while Dr. LeMee was by far the most compassionate dentist I've ever had. He always made sure I was comfortable while performing any procedure, so I never dreaded my visits. Couple this great team with an environment that felt far from a typical clinical setting, and it made for a consistently happy patient. If you're in need of a great practice that always makes you feel welcome with minimal discomfort and good results, I definitely recommend them.

I had my first appointment here this morning. My first dentist visit in over 18 months. A full cleaning and a full set of X-rays. Dr. LeMee's work is as gentle and easy as anyone I've ever seen. I hardly felt anything. Admin matters were handled quickly and easily. I'm going back soon to have a small filling replaced, and look forward to visiting every 6 months going forward. Highly recommended!

Dr. LeMee to me is a phenomenal dentist in every facet. I've had my fair share of time spent in a dentist chair, and know the difference of average or top flight. He definitely is extremely patient and thorough ,old school style; meaning to the nines. I highly recommend Dr. LeMee.

Have been with them through several root canals and an extraction. Very good with pain control. I didn't feel a thing. Very personable and easy to deal with.

I thought long and hard about leaving this review, but I feel like I have to. I first want to say that this dentist was by far the most gentle dentist I've ever had, I didn't feel a thing! However, after that first visit it was recommended that I replace I filling that I had gotten about 7 years ago. I was losing my insurance with my 26th birthday coming up fast, so I scheduled it and had it done. About a week later, I couldn't even chew on that side of my mouth because of how painful it was, and still is. I went back in for a second X-ray and was told I would more than likely need a root canal to fix the problem. I just honestly can't believe that was all they could say to me, on an issue that was caused by their refilling. I'm now having quite a few issues on that side of my mouth that were never present before and am without insurance for the time being, so they are just going to have to be issues for a while. I would also like to point out that during my first visit's x-ray, there were no visible problems so I am not sure how or why these cropped up, I only know it happened after the refilling. I would say this dentist is fine for cleanings, but I would urge anyone to get a second opinion on any procedure that they recommend. On a side note, there are pyramid scheme pamphlets at the desk and the receptionist will try to talk to you about joining in, and I find that highly unprofessional. The dentist is very a very nice man though.

The crown that was put in was poorly made oversized and wore out fast. Got new crown redone somewhere else after few years unfortunately.

I've been going to Dr. LeMee for years, and can't say enough good things about this practice. Both Drs. LaMarr and LeMee are easy to work with. Dr. LaMarr handles scheduling and billing, while Dr. LeMee does the dental work. He has a good touch, and is very sympathetic to patient's needs. He's done cleaning, fillings, and several root canals on me. At the same time, I've never felt pressured to have unnecessary work done (a complaint I've seen on reviews of other dental practices). They've always been very accommodating about fitting me in for emergencies. You won't be disappointed by choosing them.

A very friendly dentist who is also professional, compassionate, and makes you feel at ease in the dental chair! The decor in the office is very relaxing! His staff is also professional! Great downtown Evanston location!
