My family and I have gone to Lamar Family Dentistry for years. I can't imagine going anywhere else, their receptionist is so nice and fun to visit with.

Dr. Moyer and his staff are fantastic. I had not been to the dentist in over 10years due to long standing fears of the dentist because of terrible experiences as a child. They offer sedation dentistry and that was what made me want to give them a try. I desperately needed a cleaning and wasn't sure what other problems I might have after going so long without dental care. When I made my first appt I let them know in advance just how badly I am afraid of the dentist. From the front desk staff, to the hygienists, and even meeting Dr. Moyer himself - everyone was polite and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone with a fear of dentists/dental offices.

The staff here is amazing. They care about how you are doing through your visit. The staff walks you through what they are doing and why. Dr. Moyer takes the time to come in and check on you before you leave. Even if you are there to have your teeth cleaned.

I absolutely love this place. We drive an hour to get to the dentist office and its worth every mile. I was completely terrified after years of never going to the dentist. I had horribly cracked and rotting teeth and was scared of jugdement and pain. Lamar Dentistry was friendly and kind. I picked them because of the sleep Dentistry that they offer, but never used it because they are so gentle and I didn't feel a thing. When you find a good Dentist, you keep them!

My 3 yr old was so brave and she did so good getting her teeth looked at and cleaned for the first time. When we got home she said "that doctor, she was nice" referring to the friendly dental hygienist.

Dr. Moyer was professional and helpful as usual. I have been a patron of his for years and have experienced first hand his knowledge and skill from filling cavities to creating high quality bridges. His staff is friendly but professional during their duties. I have experienced his compassion for feeling discomfort during procedures. Remedies are administered quickly and action delayed until I was comfortable.
