Dr. Robert T. Lalor, better known as Doc, was raised in the Bronx, NY. He graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame. He continued on to Columbia University, where he graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1961. In the early 1960s, Doc and his wife spent three years in New Mexico for the Public Health Service and provided dentistry to Navajo Indians. They went on to be the proud parents of five children. Dr. Lalor opened his practice at 9 Tioga Blvd, Apalachin, NY in 1964. He provided dental care to the community for almost 50 years before his retirement in June 2011. Doc passed away peacefully in December 2017 surrounded by his family. We pride ourselves on continuing the precedent he set for providing exceptional patient care and always giving back to our community.

just a great 1st experience from entrance all the way through the process. Beautifully maintained space with state of the art equipment, friendly, organized and knowledgeable staff from reception, to schedulers, to technicians and Drs. Great financing options along with many promotions. I would say this is run like a well run machine putting patient first. They are not trying to overcharge, on the contrary they put processes in place to ensure they make it doable for you & your wallet to get the work you need done. While their hygenists are great people and do good work, the constant cancellations of my wife's appointments has been very inconvienient for her with having to have several deep cleanings needing done. Her appointments have been rescheduled randomly at least 5 or more times this year alone and its always a day or 2 before when we are called and the appointments then have been scheduled for months. Then when they try to reschedule, another available appointment isn't available for several months again. Any severe situation or dental emergency you may have also, they are not worth going to for because they will tell you to just schedule an appointment like its a perfectly normal situation. In the end, good for cleanings and typical care, but nothing beyond.

The new building is bright and beautiful. The staff is cheerful and friendly. I suspect that you require a good personality as a term of employment. The attention to detail and the patient teaching were amazing.I am hoping for a long relationship.
