Dr. Robert T. Lalor, better known as Doc, was raised in the Bronx, NY. He graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame. He continued on to Columbia University, where he graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1961. In the early 1960s, Doc and his wife spent three years in New Mexico for the Public Health Service and provided dentistry to Navajo Indians. They went on to be the proud parents of five children. Dr. Lalor opened his practice at 9 Tioga Blvd, Apalachin, NY in 1964. He provided dental care to the community for almost 50 years before his retirement in June 2011. Doc passed away peacefully in December 2017 surrounded by his family. We pride ourselves on continuing the precedent he set for providing exceptional patient care and always giving back to our community.

Great experience. I had 3 teeth filled as well as a extraction within the last 3 weeks. Great staff and the prices were affordable as I paid out of pocket for my copays and my insurance covered their portion. I look forward to my cleaning that I scheduled. Highly recommend. I've been to the Vestal and the Binghamton office, both great places.

I have been a patient here for a few years now and am so thankful for the services they provide. I used to suffer from terrible dental anxiety, tears, medications, nothing could put me at ease. This office and my fantastic hygienist, Melissa, have all but cured me of this and I no longer spend weeks fearful of what is to come. I cannot recommend them enough.

Both the receptionist and the dental Hygentist were so very patient and thoughtful with me. I was very particular about what I do and don't want from a dental cleaning appointment. I was very happy with the complementary x-rays. The hygienist was very gentle and quick.

You know for about a decade I've been going to a couple of there locations. I recently applied for a position for a dental assistant. Where they claim at lalor there is paid training all these perks you can succeed. I have to disagree I don't think they hire people and like to actually train . I was instantly denied employment cause they have qualified people who have applied that's what I was told. Well don't you claim you do paid training so then who is really qualified. I'm a dedicated reliable qualified person as well. Just makes no sense.

It's my first visit in LaLor Family Dental. The staff are very nice and friendly. The hygienist and Dr. Paul Lee examined all my teeth and gum. Dr. Paul Lee and the hygienist answered all my questions and explained it to me. I'm happy for my first visit with them. I think I will be happy with LaLor family dental, for my dental needs.
