Dr. Anne Fabricius is specialist in the repair and replacement of teeth. After finishing dental school in 2010, she pursued advanced training in cosmetics, dental implants, veneers, crowns, bridges, and dentures through a three year residency in prosthodontics. This advanced training gives her a true mastery of the art and science of dentistry. Her goal is toprovide beautiful, long-lasting and comfortable dental care for her patients.
Dr. Anne Fabricius is one of the few dentists in the country that has successfullypassed an extensive written and clinical examination to achieve board-certificationstatus through the American Board ofProsthodontics. Of the over 195,000 dentists in the country, less than 1,000 are board-certified prosthodontists.
Even though Dr. Fabricius is a specialist, her practice also provides cleanings and routine dental care, such as fillings to patients. Why? Dr. Fabricius is passionate about patients having access to quality, honest dental care.
Dr. Fabricius currently focuses her time on private practice patient care; however, she has previously taught in the crown, bridge, implant, and denture courses at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Unlike some of her colleagues, she does not have any corporate sponsorships her treatment recommendations are independent of financial influence and are always in the best interest of the patient.
A Prosthodontist is a specialist in the restoration of teeth and replacement ofmissing teeth. This specialty is accredited by the American Dental Associationand requires 3 years of advanced formal training after dental school. Board-Certified Prosthodontists have successfully passed an extensive written and clinicalexamination that verifies their knowledge and skill level.
The American Dental Association does not recognize cosmetic dentistry as a specialty. A dentist advertising as a cosmetic dentist may not have any additional training beyond the basic dentistry they learned in dental school. Continuing education courses in cosmetic dentistry are unsupervised and unregulated usually only a few days in length, providing only a thin sliver of information. These courses often contain large segments of training on maximizing profits and selling treatments. There are many cosmetic dentistry institutions that grant awards and fellowships simply through paying fees. Be sure to check the credentials of your dentist before undergoing any cosmetic procedure.
Only prosthodontists have advanced training in esthetics, dental ceramics, and smile makeovers. Prosthodontists receive thousands of hours of supervised training by the preeminent dental authorities throughout their three-year residency following dental school.

To the left is a photo of an implant crown from a high-end dental lab used by many reputable dentists. Unfortunately, the quality is actually quite poor. The yellow arrow is highlighting superglue that they used (they arent supposed to!) and the red arrow is highlighting some unknown gunk on the screw. This type of work NEVER makes it into the mouths of our patients. We also do not work with this lab for obvious reasons!

I'm so glad to have found Dr. Anne. She is extremely competent and kind. Angela is great as well. They operate like a well oiled machine. Implants have been an ongoing issue for me for 17 years...I have hope that they'll finally be done correctly!! The office is beautifully done. Music is always awesome.

I found Dr. Fabricius after giving up screwing around with the clowns at Affordable Dentures & Implants. After six months and numerous visits (and spending nearly $20,000), Dr. Walker and the circus at AD&I couldn't get my two sets of anchored dentures to fit! Dr. Fabricius--after seeing the quality of work AD&I had done--was honest in telling me that I wasn't the first "unhappy patient" who she's treated from AD&I. She was able to finally do the work correctly and provide me a pair of anchored dentures that fit and work like a charm. She's professional, knowledgeable and honest (more than I can say for her so-called contemporaries). She gets ten out of five stars in my book. And, Angela, her receptionist et al, is an angel, too. Do yourselves a favor. If you need a dentist, visit Lakewood Prosthodontics before anyone else. You won't regret it.

I could not recommend Dr. Fabricius more highly, she is gentle, compassionate and has a calming nature that puts you at ease when getting dreaded dental work. Her tooth restoration skills are nothing short of amazing! Her assistant Angela is also great, I am so happy that I chose Lakewood Prosthodontics to repair my teeth. Thank you both SO MUCH!!!

I've had several appointments with Dr Anne Fabricius this year, and I am very pleased with the high quality of her work. My dental treatment plan is extensive, so I truly appreciate her easy going nature, and her sincere desire to get me the smile of my dreams. I learned the hard way, about the monumental quality difference between cosmetic dental work done by a board certified prosthodontist VS by a general dentist who does cosmetics as a side service. The advanced higher education, specialized training, and skill level of a Prosthodontist is the only way to go! It's rare to have a good experience at a dentists office, but after bouncing around different practices for various issues (crowns mostly) while consistently searching for someone who would answer my questions in detail and make me feel at ease I decided to look into a specialist, where I found Dr Anne. Dr. Anne and her staff are impressively knowledgeable about each and every procedure and really listened to my issues. She is incredibly precise about each treatment outcome and the options available to me. For the first time in my life I felt like I received undoubtedly great dental care. I can truly say that I'm both relieved and excited about becoming a patient here and will be bringing my family here as well.

I've never been so eager to write a review. I had a gap in my two front teeth and recently chipped one of them. I went to a general dentist who patched it up but it was never quite right, it was the wrong color and jagged. Smiling is such a big part of my job and I knew that I had to get it fixed by the best out there. Invisalign was not an option for me because of the $ and I just wanted the simplest solution. I came across Dr. Anne and learned that there was a specialist for cosmetic dentistry. The whole visit was smooth and the whole team put me right at ease. She explained each process and didn't have to numb me at all! The results are phenomenal because she took the time to layer 4 different shades to get the color perfectly! My teeth are beautiful and I am excited everyday to smile at work!

I disagree with the one star fake reviews that my peers are giving this dentist because they don't like her ad. I am not a fan of her advertising either but I would never trash another dentist and try to ruin someone that I have never met. We are professionals and need to behave as such. I hope that her future patients make their decisions on recommendations vs these fake Google reviews.

All of these 1 star reviews are fake reviews from dentists who dislike her ads. They have posted it on Facebook dentist groups to smear her, very pathetic. I am a dentist and Dr. Fabricius taught me in dental school. She is very talented and it is true, as a prosthodontist, she has much more training than a general dentist in implants and cosmetic dentistry. That's why she was able to teach us about these topics so well. She's a great dentist, and I would go to her any day.

I live in Las Vegas but am recently retired and spend quite a bit of time in Denver with my son. I've had a few teeth extracted over the years and was at the point where my doctors told me my remaining upper teeth didn't allow me to chew food very well (only the front upper 6 were left, I still have my normal lower teeth). In February, we made the decision to extract the upper teeth and take the steps for making a denture and eventually having implants placed to connect to the denture and make chewing as easy as possible for me without my natural upper teeth. The first denture was made by my dentist in Las Vegas, but even after several visits for grinding it down and other adjustments, I just couldn't wear it. I wasn't sure how often he makes dentures but it wasn't the right fit, wouldn't stay in place, and didn't look like my smile. Dr Fabricius took over the making of a new denture and I noticed the difference right away. Within a week from visiting her, she had my new denture made. The fit was much more snug and didn't require any additional visits for painful spots. My friends and family even said they recognized the "good looking Iradj" was back. Changing from my own teeth to the denture teeth has been a major adjustment for me, but I feel I am in very capable hands with Dr. Fabricius. I am planning on having the implants placed in a few more months by the surgeon and will definitely trust the remainder of my care with Dr Fabricius for the final denture.

Very professional and happy. This Dr..is very patient and knows her stuff I've been jerked around and had run around wirh other dentists that claim they can do it themselves and I feel more comfortable with an actual specialist and she genuinely cares and took the time to be patient and 100 % honest Would highly recommend if you need any type of work done. Definitely 5 stars.
