i wish i can rate this place 0 stars. my brackets keep on continuously falling off and all i do is eat soft foods, i never chew gum or eat anything chewy/sticky, i am responsible. i got my brackets replaced not even a week after i got my braces on. they don't cut the wires enough. my gums are being poked out and it's painful. they didn't even clean my yellow, stained teeth before i got my braces off. overall this place is horrible and don't go to this cheap dentistry!

I'm not really sure how this office is still open and operating based on the condition of the office alone . Every time I am here with my daughter always with an appointment we wait at least 45 mins before we are moved to a room to wait some more. Our most recent visit my daughter was scheduled to have two teeth pulled, with laughing gas . No one made it a point to say she couldn't eat 3 hours beforehand. So the woman at the desk was like "we don't have it here in the notes that she's getting laughing gas" but i specifically scheduled the appointment in person with the woman sitting behind her who gave me the pricing for her next visit (this visit) and asked me directly if she would be getting laughing gas, which i said yes, and it was noted in the pricing sheet . So now my daughter is about to get two teeth pulled and is very anxious. I tried to reschedule later in the day because the wait time is always ridiculous and we were coming on my lunch break from work . I should have switched a long time ago but we love her dentist . The office itself , the wait time, and the women behind the window are just so unfortunate.

My son loves it here, he looks forward to coming considering the anxiety he used to have of dental offices previous to finding this place. Everyone is very kid friendly.

I hated my experiences here. Especially when I was little. I vividly remember that I was so terrified of dentists because they would always poke my gums too hard with the explorers. My gums would be bleeding because of the amount of force used. Not only that but I once cried so hard because I petrified & the 'dentist' lady yelled at me to stop or they would refuse to bring my mom into the room. How are you going to yell at a LITTLE kid & threaten not to allow their parent into the room ? Yelling at me was definitely NOT helping. Also, very very recently I came here to get my the color of my braces changed & the lady attending to me was quite rude & gave me attitude for literally no reason. She was also talking some gossip (that had NOTHING to do with dental work) with the other lady across the room. Like...??? I'm your patient NOT the other lady. Smh. Even when I said thank you to her for changing the colors she said "uh...yea..ok".

Unfortunately there is no way to give this office a review lower than one star. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. They were rude when I made the appointment. But I thought it might be different in the actual office. It's not. I suppose it's too much trouble to fire and replace the entire office staff. But we left without getting any work done here. I made another appointment at another dentist office while waiting for over 45 minutes past my scheduled time. My advice is to avoid this place if at all possible.

The dentists themselves are very nice but the office staff and nurses are extremely rude especially over the phone. The only reason i stayed with them for a year was for Dr. Amy but now that they had notified me (in a very rude matter) that she is leaving in September then so are we!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Dirty waiting area (and not just a little dirty. Dirty like old used tissues and dustballs under seats), extremely RUDE staff and doctors. Wait time is laughable. Apparently only 1 parent is allowed in the back with their child, as well. I will never bring my child back here. I urge you to go some place else, I normally do not write reviews but I just couldn't let someone else come here if it could be avoided.
