Worst dental experience I've ever had. He was rude and butchered my mouth. No way would I ever go here again nor would I send my worst enemy. Truly disgusted me

After taking my daughter to another dentist office here in Kokomo for a pretty bad cavity that was causing lots of pain, the dentist decided they were not going to fix her tooth until December and even told me "if it gets worse we will just pull it and throw a spacer in". As a mother I was very unhappy with this because the tooth can be fixed now so why let it go until December to then have it pulled. Being unhappy with that decision I decided to give Lakewood a call and see if there was anything they could do to help. Let me tell you Lakewood now has a family of 7 as forever patients. Not only did they see my daughter the very next day but they also did a baby root canal and placed a crown on my daughters tooth. They saved my baby's tooth!! The doctor and staff were excellent! They were caring and understanding. They were gentle and sweet with my 8 year old daughter. They were informative and let me and my daughter know what was happening every step of the way. We were comfortable and felt welcomed every minute we were there. If you are looking for a dentist or just unhappy with your current one I urge you to give Lakewood a try. I promise you will NOT regret it. Kudos to Lakewood for being a great place and having amazing staff.

I went in for a root canal and crown fitting. It was a great experience. Staff is kind and professional. And the price was much better than other Dental practices in town.

I had a tooth that was pretty far gone and needed a root canal, but because of the amount of decay there was serious risk of not having enough tooth left as well as a high risk of fracture, but they were able to save my tooth! The staff is very friendly and took the time to walk me through my x-rays and explain everything to me in terms I could understand. I've been to dentist who rush you into a pricy treatment plan without explaining what is going on or your options. That was NOT my experience at Lakewood. They went through everything with me including my treatment plan and helped me get financing for my other two root canals and crowns to cover what my insurance didn't. Total pain free experience, total professionals, very friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend Lakewood Family Dental!
