After graduating from dental school, Dr. Goren went into the U.S. Air Force, serving as a captain for two years. He was stationed at the Washington, D.C. Andrews Air Force Base where he completed a general dentistry residency. Following his active service, he served as a major for one year in the Air Force Reserves. While still in the Air Force, Dr. Goren learned to fly and has instructor and commercial pilot licenses in fixed wing and helicopter. Upon honorable discharge from the Armed Forces, Dr. David Goren opened his own dental practice in Philadelphia where he remained for ten years.
Dr. Goren moved to California in 1969 where he continued with his formal dental education achieving his certificate in anesthesiology, after serving an internship at White Memorial Hospital. Dr. Goren has served in the greater Lakewood community for 30 years. He has two successful dental practices in Lakewood and Long Beach. He also maintains a Real Estate Brokers license and has been active in the real estate community since he moved to California.
Dr. Goren was the Chambers 1992 Presidents Perpetual Award recipient and served on the Lakewood YMCA Board of Managers for many years. He also received the Chambers Business Man of the Year Award. Dr. Goren served as the Chamber of Commerces 50th President for the year 1993-94, he founded Lakewoods networking group called Prospectors. Dr. Goren was the founder of (2) two local banks and has also served as the president of the Lakewood Rotary Club. Dr. Goren has served on the Board of the Boy Scouts America; Boy & Girls Club of Long Beach and on the board of the CHA.
Dr. Goren has served his community as a Mason, Shriner and Rotarian. He was named Paul Harris Fellow by the National Rotarian International and his past honors for community service include City Council Award of Merit, the California Legislature Assembly Certificate of Recognition and Lakewoods first Good Scout Award in 1994.
Dr. Jerid Turley actively pursues dental continuing education courses relating to General Dentistry, Surgical procedures with an emphasis on Dental Cosmetic procedures, Bone Grafts (Hard & Soft) and Tissue Grafts.

This is the worst dental office I've ever been to. The staff was unprofessional. Cursing and talking out loud regarding other people's issues. Chairs are broken and the place looks old and dingy. Paint or wall paper coming off the wall. The girl had to hold the chair so I could sit because it was broken. Dr Turley was very impersonal. I would not let him work on me if it was free. I don't see how some people gave 5 stars. I got an estimate for all my dental work but no itemized bill. When I asked what my insurance would be paying I didn't get a clear answer. The only positive thing I can say is the girl that gave me the paperwork to fill out was very nice and friendly. So sad.

The office is outstanding in providing ser ice when seen by the senior dentist. All treatment rendered yesterday was beyond professional, with all procedures done in a timely manner. I think they put "E" in excellence.

My dad want over there and he still keeps going and 2 doctors their name is samaan and dr.turley they are excellent for route conal and fixing teeth and thanks for that my father is happy with them and he has no pain in his teeth

I really appreciate Dr.Samaan The wait period was very short, about five minutes. I needed some work done; no pain at all and he had great, breif conversation.

I walked in the office. I spoke with samatha to schedule an appointment to talk to Dr. Samaan for a consultation for having my teeth capped. She asked me If I had a few moments to wait so she could see what his availability was. Vicky asked me if I knew about their in house payment plan. I said no. So I'm coming back tomorrow to see about the pricing with their in house payment plan. I'm super excited about this. I can't believe I found a place were they have in house payment plan.

Very nice staff. I was recommend to this dentist because of their in house payment plan. I was able to get a quote for my implants right then and their. Staff is very knowledgeable about my questions. They really want to help you here.

My family was going here for about 5 years, everything seemed to be going well. We switched to my wife's insurance (way better) yet somehow began being charged more. So we called our insurance to get things clarified, and our insurance asked them to provide codes and charges they've been charging us for... The dental group has since asked us to find a new dental provider. The staff seemed friendly, but something is clearly going on. Go at your own risk.
