The girls up front, are always cheerful, polite and informative. My fear of dental appointments was handled in a very professional, and caring way. I would recommend them.

First time here was in March and loved it didn't complain. Came back for a 6 month cleaning in September told my husband that he had 8 cavities and that I had 5 cavities (I haven't had cavities since high school) Went to another dentist in New Castle for a second opinion, neither one of us had a single cavity. We will not be going back! Beware people!

Great dentist place! Took my son there for his first dental appointment and they treated him so well even though he was scared, he got to pick whatever toy he wanted from the treasure chest & got to keep his new toothbrush they used on him. The staff are all friendly and I'll continue to come here.

Had a cavity filled last week and the next day it broke. The ladies that helped me tonight were so personable and friendly that they really put me at ease and created a much better visit than my last. Saved the day and I'll continue to use Lakewood as a result of their top notch customer service.

Dr. Kakollu did a phenomenal job, I am very impressed with everything! Last time I had a procedure done of the same sort, it took a couple hours, this literally took 5 minutes and was completely painless!! Highly recommend. Very polite and professional, I will definitely be coming back!

Trust me when I say you're not gonna find too many dental places around here like this one. They actually treat me like a human being and the staff are some of the kindest people I've ever met. I'm beyond happy I found this place I'm in the process of getting dentures and I feel I'm in very good hands. As someone with severe anxiety and panic attacks let me just say they completely understand and make sure YOU understand that everything is ok.

This is been the best place i've been to for my dental health! They're super friendly and compassionate! they've always gotten me in quick and taken care of me anytime i go in. & for someone like me who has a terrible memory they always check in with me to make sure i remembered i have an appointment coming up lol

I went in to the Anderson office with questions and concerns about my teeth. The receptionist was very helpful and there happen to be one of your dentist up there at her desk and was so very helpful and showed great concern and explained everything in a way I could understand. I told the receptionist, I think her name is Kim, that as soon as I could afford what I needed done that I would definitely be back. She was extremely pleasant and made me feel right at home. From my initial experience with this office I would refer all my friends here. Thank u so much for having well trained and compassionate employees.

I feel really weird because I can't move my face now, but at least they make sure you're numb! They're honest and accept Medicaid. I had one filling done and they did a good job. I felt no pain at all. I am pregnant and had heartburn so they let me take a minute to sit up and cared about my comfort so that was awesome. A lot of dentists let you choke on your spit but these guys didn't so I appreciate that too.

The place profiles, you ask them if they take certain insurance ,they say yes,you set up an appointment ,when you show up for the appointment they tell you sorry we don't take your insurance, what kind of business do that

This place is incredible. I've been to many dental offices over the years for me and my child and this place takes the cake seriously! We were new, walk in patients and were seen very quickly. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff was absolutely wonderful and were SO good with my son. He got a new cool tooth brush and got items from a treasure chest! I really feel that they truly cared about the issues my son was experiencing. We will continue to go here from here on out. Absolutely thoroughly pleased.

Hi, my name is Mary R, I have to say I've never been so excited to share how I feel about this place! I've been going here for sometime now and don't ever want to go to any other place to have my teeth cared for! Of all the dental offices, the staff here are the absolute best as are the dentist's. Now I'm moving to Florida here in a couple of weeks, I have a feeling I'm not going to find a dentist as good as they are here at this office! Sadly I can't take them with me :( Anywho, yes...I absolutely recommend this place!! The best dentist's and kindest staff ever!! I'm speaking the truth! Sincerely Mary R~

Excellent service from all staff that I've communicated with. My Daughter likes the way the actual dentist explained what he was doing step by step while filling a cavity! Glad we chose Lakewood family dentistry! Thank you to all Staff !!
