The Staff & Dr were so nice. Made sure I was comfortable and not in pain.. Place was clean and I love that they put on a movie on for me to watch while I was getting my Root Canal, which made the time go by fast. Definitely recommend. Thank you

I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist (who is??), but this place is great. Always on time, courteous staff, Dr. D is very sweet, knowledgeable and patient with big crybabies like myself, and the office is immaculate!! I highly recommend.

Very clean environment, the staff are very friendly, and the hygienist was very thorough. Very pleased and I'm very picky on my dentists. The dentist came in after the cleaning to introduce himself and go over everything, very pleasant and thorough. I also love they have tv on the ceiling to distract you.

The office was nice and clean, I thought I was going to have a great experience here. They took me in same day I called, I knew I needed a tooth pulled but was very sad knowing the location it was being pulled. I should have known when I was crying the whole visit and no one offered a tissue as u seee me whipping tears on my sleeve, to just leave then. They said it was an easy extraction but didn't feel that way to me with 7 minutes of back and forth pulling. Should have just stuck with my regular good dentist at gentle dental

My kids have been coming to Lakewood Dentistry since we moved to Bristol 4 years ago and I wouldn't change it. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They made my daughter feel very comfortable when she was feeling nervous.

Went in for my first appointment. I havent had the best experiences with dentists in the past. However the staff were very understanding about my concerns not only that we addressed the problem areas in my mouth. On top ofthat we set up follow up appointments, a referral and a plan to tackle future problems.

The waiting room was beautiful and family oriented. The wait was not long. Everyone form the hygienist to the dentist was very polite and very straight forward about work I needed done. I truly would recommend this office to everyone I know and everyone looking at the reviews for confirmation.

They refused to see me because I had covid 6 weeks before my appointment. I even pulled up a article proving I was safe. They would not see my daughter either again over 6 weeks after we tested positive. My family and I quarantined like we were supposed to and my daughter went back to school when she was supposed to. The hygienist was rude and argued with me even though I had the information proving I am okay. The hygienist dismissed me and walked out. When I made this appointment I was not asked if I had Covid in the past 30 days. I was told i can return when I have a negative test. As you may know, my test can be positive 60-90 days after Covid left the body. I was vaccinated at the time of my visit. I have asthma and Covid went right to them so I am struggling to breathe 100%. I do not have Covid my body is trying to return to normal. There is no guarantee anyone has Covid people can be positive up to 10 days before any symptoms. My daughter was allowed to return to school after 14 days of quarantine and again that was all before my appointment. I was told I can safely return to life. The office can operate as it wants and I decided to bring my family somewhere else.

I'm pretty sure that was the first time I had both the dental hygenist and dentist work together to clean my teeth. They were very gentle and minimal pain. They had a tv on the ceiling and high on the wall but it was hard to concentrate on it while they worked bc I was mostly paying attention to what they were doing. They were very good explaining things thoroughly and very patient.
