Love this place, from the staff to the atmosphere, to the care provided. Went in for an emergency exam & was in/out in 10 minutes. Went back for my annual exam, cleaning & 2 fillings - Cindy & Dr. Lin were wonderful. They made sure I was ok every step of the way + my teeth look/feel better than ever.

I LOVE Lakeview Smiles and Dr. Lin. She is very thorough and transparent about the care you need. Great personality too. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lin is very professional and a great dentist. However, their staffs are very rude, arrogant and un-professional. I requested them to postpone my cleaning appointment when there is COVID-19 lockdown in WA, but their front desk simply did not budge and kept repeating about their cancellation policy and $50 cancellation charge. I have never seen any other dental clinic not accommodating request to postpone an appointment before. They should think about offering that flexibility(with or without a COVID-19 lockdown) to their patients. Only reason this review is not one star is because I have otherwise found Dr. Lin a good dentist in the area.

The dental assistant Dylan was an absolute hoot. He made going back to the dentist after 4+ years less daunting. The dentist herself was very caring and frequently asked if I was uncomfortable or if I needed a break, as I have bad anxiety. I will absolutely continue to go back for my dental needs.

From the time you get into the office, Nancy welcomes you with a big smile. The practice is clean, high tech with a nice view of the lake. Dr. Carol Lin is excellent. Highly recommended.

I went to Dr. Carol Lin as a second opinion after having a bad experience with my previous dentist. Dr. Lin was not aware of this however, I just told her that I was looking to establish care. Highly recommend this family dentist! She suggested alternative options that better suited my needs in comparison to my previous dentist.

I had a great appointment with Dr. Lin! She was amazing and so gentle during my cleaning. I would highly recommend her and her staff. The front desk was kind and understanding. The assistant, Dillon, was very friendly and really helped with my anxiety of coming to the dentist. Overall great experience!

My children and I always have a great experience at Lakeview Smiles... the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and meticulous! Even during this uncertain time of the pandemic, I absolutely felt at ease and that the level of care was excellent! Highly recommend!
