Be prepared for a 2 hour wait, standing up or sitting on the floor. Had to fill out paperwork in the car because there was no where else to do it. Which finally prompted me to read the reviews and glad I did. We walked out.

I waited on purpose a couple of days before leaving this review, wanted to see how my mouth would recover - seems to be going well. My one previous tooth removal experience was absolutely awful, so to say I was scared going in is an understatement...I was terrified. I want to give a huge thank you to both Michelle and Doctor Mirabelli for making this experience pain free, talking me through all the steps and making 150% sure I was comfortable all the way through. I am very grateful, they were outstanding professionals.

Went in to get my wisdom tooth removed and the last thing I remembered was talking about my dogs before I woke up lol! Arrived 10 minutes early, but waited an hour in the waiting room after my appointment, which I understand not everything goes as planned and can take longer. After that I waited about another 30 minutes for them to put me out. It just sucked because I couldn't drive myself so my driver had to wait 2 hours when he had other things to do. Other than the wait, they're always nice and listen to concerns. I've only had 1 other doctor actually listen the first time when I said I don't want a warning for the needle so I truly appreciate that he did what I requested.

Had to have my wisdom teeth removed New Year's Eve in 2020. They ended up hitting a nerve on my right bottom gum. Haven't had feeling on the right side of my face from my lower lip down to my chin and I constantly feel like I have a fat lip! I wouldn't recommend anyone going here

2 stars for doing the job that needed to be done. Not sure where this guy gets off demanding people wear masks still. Maybe you didn't get the memo bro, but your cdc God's have changed the rules. Had I known this would be the case here, I never would have made an appointment with you. My freedom is not 2nd to your fear bub.

If I could give a 0 star that would be more than fitting. Gave them insurance information and they were suppose to get back with me on price before the teeth extraction day. I take a day off work show up and they still don't have a price for me. I finally got a price seconds before they were about to put me under ( fully hooked up to monitors and all). This was a crazy amount to wait that long to tell someone. Very unprofessional and shady business practices if you ask me I will never step foot in the facility again

Dr & assistants very nice. Not much of a wait. Thought shot that was administered was overly painful. Would not allow me to have nitrous oxide without being put totally under. Didn't care for that. Not sure if I could recommend.

So, made an appointment for wisdom teeth extraction a few weeks ago... Called THE MORNING OF the appointment to find out if he was suppose to fast or not, was told the appointment was just an exam (first secretarial mistake) Show up to the appointment five minutes late and sat and watched two people that came in AFTER us go back after an HOUR wait. Ask WHY the long wait time and find out someone also messed up and had his appointment scheduled for the chesterfield office. SECOND mistake, now saying have to do xrays which were suppose to have been sent from his primary dentists office THIRD. Absolutely worst office staff performance. (The lasy who took x-ray at least seemed to know how to do HER job so hopefully the dentist himself is good too.

I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The staff was very friendly. I didn't feel I uncomfortable through the whole process. Dr. Beck was professional. I was put to sleep so I can't comment on the extraction itself. No major pain afterwards. I'm glad I finally got them removed.

I didn't even want to give this place a 1 star it's oral surgery and they don't give anything for pain at all except Morton 600 a baby aspirin it's BS... when your mouth is in a lot of pain and they don't do anything to help is wrong. I wouldn't bring my pets to them

Today I had a tooth pulled using IV sedation. My experience was excellent from the moment I arrived until I left. Dr. Beck and his team are awesome and make you feel relaxed by explaining everything. For me being very nervous with dental procedures the doctor and his assistant put me at ease and really listened to my concerns even though I was probably talking too much due to nerves. Would definitely recommend and if needed would go again.

Today was 4th visit with Dr Beck and his staff. It did not go well. I was transported there by a commercial vehicle and a professional driver. When finished with the procedure, things strange. A member of his staff was insistent that the driver come inside and sign some documents regarding my after care and instructions. This is not what he was hired to do. I am the patient and he has no obligation to me, ow with them, in this area. The incident was exacerbated when some from that office contacted the vehicle company. The pressure put on the driver to comply was such that the company may cancel their contract with the group I am insured with. I suspect I know who caused this problem from that office. If that contract is cancelled, I will take this matter up with the BBB and any and all other agencies. We spent three years to get this contract and I am not going to let someone destroy our efforts.

5 +++++++ stars!!! Was in extreme pain from an abscessed tooth late last Thursday night. I called Friday morning and they got me in the same day for an extraction. Everyone was so helpful and compassionate, I would recommend Lakeview Oral Surgery to anyone in need. Many thanks to you all that helped me when I was in desperate need. God bless you all.

So, I'm 71 y/o and have had all 4 wisdom teeth since I can remember. Not sure why they call them wisdom teeth, I know plenty of people without them that have as much or more wisdom than me. Well, anyways the corner of my left upper WT chipped off and it was about 7 or 8 months later it began to be unhappy. As much as I hated to be relieved of one of my prized positions it just had to be done. That brings us to Lakeview Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center. I was apprehensive, I mean pulling a tooth (yikes) visions of someone with pliers came to my mind. You know TV and Movie stuff. Well, making the appt was painless. They were nice over the phone and set my appt for Oct 2nd. I chose to be put under for the extraction. I received a number of reminders via text as I approched my extraction date, which I liked. At my age "where's my car keys" is not an unfamiliar phrase :)..... Then the day arrived. Amid the covid-19 there were safety precautions taken, none painful. One of them was that my driver had to wait in the car till the extraction was completed. I made way to the waiting room. A brief stop at the desk then I took a seat and waited. That to was also painless. The wait was approx 45+ minutes seemed long but was also painless. Finally my turn came. I was escorted to an x-ray machine for well you guessed it an x-ray of my teeth. From there to the extraction chair. The gal that was with me through this process was as nice as as apple pie (cuz that's my favorite). I then meet Dr Mirabelli he was equally as nice. We talked for what seemed like a few minutes and the next thing I know I'm in a wheel chair with my wife in a recovery room minus that pesky WT and that was also painless. From there we went home. I followed the instructions given to me and as the post extraction time went from hours to days well, yup it was also painless. Although I did take a couple aspirin (at my wife's request) just to be on the safe side. So, I guess to sum it up, all in all it was totally painless, stem to stern. I would recommend them.
