Horrible office- Dr Beck fails to schedule patients accordingly to procedures being done. Waited over 90 minutes past appointment time. When inquiring on further wait time, Dr declined to preform work intended. Never will I return here!

Lakeview is an A+ practice. My son had his wisdom teeth pulled here and the experience could not have been any better. The office staff was very friendly and professional. The assistants were highly qualified, informative and provided a relaxing environment. I can't say enough about Dr. Mirabelli. Professional, knowledgeable, great listener, and performed an excellent surgical procedure. Thank you!

The dental assistant was snarky and rude they do surgery and pull your teeth you're in terrible pain after you wake up and wanna prescribe you freaking Motrin like what is that gonna do I don't have a headache I have tooth pain worst dentist ever will never go back

Everyone was Great. I put off a tooth extraction for too long. They took me the same day I called. It took all of an half hour procedure and I was on my way. Great people and great communication by everyone. Thanks team.

I had a wonderful experience. I had a tooth extracted April 12th and my visit was pleasant the whole way through. God forbid if I need another tooth extraction, I'm headed right back! I've found my Oral Surgeon!!

Had to have a wisdom tooth extracted. Dr Mirabelli did the extraction. He has a great "bedside" manner, easily explained the procedure (he reminded me of Mr Rogers) and the extraction was done in less than a minute. Very pleased.

I had oral surgery on March 01, 2021 by Dr. Mirabelli, my experience was good. I was nervous but the staff and attending aide assured me that everything would be alright and it was. My friend drove me to CVS and home. March 2nd, I'm just picking up my medication, my mouth is a little sore but that's expected. That's why I gave them 5

This is a review for the Chesterfield location. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted under anesthesia and was not satisfied with my experience. Their manner was unprofessional, I woke up midway through, I experienced pain, and they perforated my sinus through my mouth which has been painful and causes nosebleeds. They literally blamed an old wives tale (haha redhead's need more anesthesia! which isn't true) for their screwup. I have been recovering very slowly and am unhappy with the service I received. Extraction: February. May: I still have wisdom teeth wounds in my mouth I have to rinse out multiple times a day with salt water despite following the aftercare instructions perfectly. I would not recommend this place because of the bedside manner and abilities of all the staff, which I found lacking and quite frankly, patronizing

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Beck and his facility. My entire family has had work by him. One time I was suffering for several days under the bad advice of another dentist and Dr. Beck took me in as an emergency, helped me and was very caring and professional. I would recommend him and his office to everyone, and already have. Thanks Dr. Beck - keep up the great service.

Chesterfield location Wish there was a 6th star!... they were all incredible... Dr. Mirabelli told me up front everything that was going to happen and the ways he wanted to take care of my impacted wisdom tooth. Very nervous and they all helped calm me and we all talked a bunch before the procedure to help calm me.

Chesterfield Location: I would give a million stars if I could! I went in absolutely TERRIFIED of getting my Wisdom teeth removed (my first Surgery). One of the assistants helped calm me down by talking about the things I liked and loved while she started hooking me up to the machines. Before I knew it Dr. Mirabelli came in checked out the 3 teeth that needed to be extracted, talked to me a little bit, the IV was put in my arm and I was asleep in no time. I woke up maybe 20-30 minutes later, they went over some things with us and then I was wheeled out to the car and then fun of the anesthesia wearing off began! Recovery has been easy and painless for me since the teeth were already in and easy to get out! I can't thank them enough for the amazing experience they gave me!

Dr. Beck has provided me with nothing but the best of care as a longtime patient. On more that one occasion, both he and his office staff have been more than accommodating during a dental emergency. Based upon severity, Dr. Beck's practice has either fit me in the same day, or at worst, the next morning to address the emergency. I've never left the office feeling that my needs were not fully met, with full professional and personable service from Dr. Beck and his staff. Dr. Beck & his staff have gotten it right... there is no doubt that Lakeview Oral Surgery is the go-to oral surgery practice in the Chesterfield area. I'd heartily recommend them to anyone experiencing a dental emergency requiring the services of a competent oral surgeon. Keep up the great work!

This place is awful. Dr. Beck is great, but Mirabelli is absolutely unintelligent and pathetic excuse of a doctor out in Port Huron. I re-visited the office following wisdom teeth removal, it got infected and he placed a strip and nothing else. Pain went away, but it was still infected. On top of that, this place failed to bill my insurance company properly and now I'm on the hook for half of the bill. Don't go here. I don't care if your local dentist refers them to you, find a different one.

If i could give negative stars i would. I cracked a tooth. I went to my normal dentist who referred me to an oral surgeon. I need three of my wisdom teeth removed. The one that he referred was booked so i found lakeview by googling. i went into consultation. Mind you at this point i had been in pain for weeks. He said we had to get my insurance to approve it before i could get it done. i left office and waited for four days until i called my insurance company an found out they never sent nothing to them. So i called office and ask them to again send it over. Waited another four days and call insurance who again said nothing was sent. They explained how easy it was and said to have them call my insurance if they did not know how. So called again and they said they would send it again that they knew how. i waited two days an called insurance and they finally got it. luckily my insurance seen when i had original appt and expedited approval. i got approval and called office and they said they had not received it yet. i then said please get onsite so you can see. At this point i have been in pain over a month. they seen it and made me an appt for three weeks later. I finally get to go in. They do procedure and send me home. sent home with mouth wash, Motrin and a days worth of stronger pain meds. My appt was on a Thursday so over weekend i was in alot of pain. half of the clot had been missing so nerve and bone is exposed. i call on monday and they told me to come in. He looks in mouth and tells me why i am in so much pain. put a strip in it and says come back tomorrow. now i know people abuse pain meds. but those who are not and in pain should not have to suffer. A dr of any kind should be understanding and have compassion and concern. those things are very important. he lacks all of them. Mirabelli lacks all the things that count in a dr. His office personal for the most part are ok. but he should be done the way he done me. My husband set and watched me cry in pain. It got infected and i ended up in er. where they could not believe that he would do this. He did not even give antibiotics or nothing. er did his job and they are not dentist. I would not send my worse enemy here. I had teeth pulled and left open and infection set in. Its been weeks and i am still struggling with it. I have ear pain and still can not eat. They are not professional at all. You dont let someone suffer. i will never go back there or recommend anyone to this place. i will tell my story and warn people of this place...

Not only over two hour wait but others in the waiting room we're bitching. Rechecks were taken as walk-ins over appointments and the staff when called were rude. This is at the Chesterfield office
