We also offer restorative treatments for those patients dealing with existing dental damage. Our dental team uses customized crowns to restore damaged and infected teeth. Our dental office is unique in that we also offer TMJ disorder and sleep apnea treatments. Both of these conditions are intimately connected to your maxillofacial structure and dental health. We treat TMJ disorder with unobtrusive mouth guards and sleep apnea with CPAP alternatives like customized oral appliances. You don't have to suffer with TMJ disorder or obstructive sleep apnea anymore.
Dr. Nakisher attended the University of Michigan for both his undergraduate degree and his Doctor of Dental Surgery, earning the latter in 1992. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, which is a prestigious distinction that only 6% of general dentists in the United States currently have and involves an extensive commitment to continuing education. At home, Dr. Nakisher is happily married with four children three daughters and a son. When he isnt busy at work, theres nowhere else hed rather be than spending quality time with his family and friends.
This question has a very simple answer Dr. Wood likes making things! He has a genuine, unending passion for the dental field, and being able to do what he enjoys every day of his life is a wonderful feeling.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts from Albion College in 1966, Dr. Wood pursued his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Washington University Dental School. He was trained by one of the best dentists in the world, Dr. Sam Guyer, and became a master ceramist while attending dental school. He also studied osteopathic manipulation with Dr. Viola Frymann at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, CA.
Dr. Wood is married and has two adult children. Outside of work, he has always had a deep love for cooking and is also a single digit handicap golfer. He sees a lot of deep-sea fishing in his future as well. Despite his age, hes definitely young at heart!

Dental hygienist was excellent and very knowledgeable. Staff went over billing with me before and after my appointment to work out an agreeable short term payment plan . Staff was very friendly upon leaving office and very helpful and polite. Dentist alerted me of areas I needed to pay close attention to with my teeth and a future appointment was set up to repair some fillings . It was advised I needed a mouth guard for my grinding and I appreciated the dentist letting me know I can always get one at CVS or Right aid if the cost is an issue but eventually I should get one from the office as it is better quality .

I love going to Lakeview. I've gone to multiple dentist in the past who did terrible work to my mouth and I'm now paying for it with needing massive work with huge cost. The staff is great and pleasant when greeting you to the office The dentist at Lakeview are awesome, knowledgeable and empathetic to issues with my teeth. I'll never go to another dentist.
