I have been coming to Lakeview Dental for about 3 years and always had an excellent experience. From the dental hygienist, front desk, to doctor Eissa. I highly recommend this dental office. Everyone is courteous and friendly.

This dental office is well-staffed with kind and caring professionals. My whole family, including small children, have come to this office and left satisfied with the treatment (dental and personal). I would recommend this office to anyone.

The words to describe this office are despicable and money hungry. NEVER go to Ava dental. I have been their parents. For just over a year and this office has done nothing but ruined my teeth. Besides my teeth hurting like crazy after every procedure for months and months. I had a root canal done on my upper right tooth with the manager rosy. She told me she sent pre authorization to my insurance to cover the porcelain tooth. A month passes and I keep calling her every week to see if it's been approved. She tells me not yet. Next week I call and she's gone! She just up and quit and my paper work got lost in the bunch. I told Erica to send my pre authorization. She says she has. A month passed and it still wasn't approved!!! I called insurance myself and finally they tell me THEY NEVER EVEN KNEW ABOJT THE TOOTH!!!! I called Erica very angry and she was kind enough to be more thorough. It wasn't her fault she was new understandable. She is great. But my insurance expired and a few months later my tooth breaks ! I come in and I'm sitting here, no insurance, paid 19$ and this new young Hispanic doctor named dr Wade tells me he wants me to pay 1200$ for a new back to the tooth, tries scaring me into buying it. Or he can fill it . I said I can't afford the procedure right now so just fill it. He then just shuts me out completely and says he won't fill my tooth anymore. I asked why and he said he doesn't feel comfortable. I wait an hour and he wanted to go to lunch so he said to wait. So in total for this specific tooth. This office is despicable, money hungry. I went to an office just up the street called Lake View dental and they extracted a tooth for free. Overall I am so disappointed that out of every dentistry I came here. Please save yourself the money. Joana the employee was extremely rude and irritated with me for being irritated with the office. And insisted I was lying even though I've been coming here longer than she's been working here. Longer than the new owner. I was here with Jackie. With rosy. This office and staff aren't consistent. They are always changing management, always changing staff. So your records get lost here. Trust a stranger save your money. I will never be one to exaggerate circumstances or speak bad about a business but this was such a bad experience for me.

This was first visit with Lakeview Dental. First and foremost, I am the World's Biggest Chicken when it comes to Dental needs. I broke a back tooth while consuming Whited Cheddar . Due to my dental phobia. . . I suffered with pain for a few weeks. I was able to get into the office the day after I called for an appointment. The Dr was so kind, I am sure I wasn't his first patient with palpitations regarding a broken tooth, plus another one that had a cavity. He spoke with me during the procedures, which helped me to relax instead of tensing up. He has an excellent calming effect in his mannerisms. I definately give a rating. I trust my post will help others who need a dental procedure-to chose this office and Dr!

This is by far far the best Dentist I have ever been to & I have been to many! Dr. Eissa is honest, sincerely cares & does not want to do unnessary procedures like other offices I have been to. He is an excellent Dentist. The staff are very friendly & knowledgeable & help you feel relaxed. I recommend this Dental office & would give them 10 stars if I could!
