I'm not sure of where to begin,but it has come to giving this location a low rating with recent rescheduling issues related on their behalf. I have never had a dentist/hygienist cancel on appointments (3 times). It was the last draw. I'm not sure what is happening there but it came for me to start researching and look for a new dentist. After reading reviews from past experiences at this location, I've come to realization this place has gone downhill. Also, they will upcharge you more compared to other local dentists.

STAY AWAY from this place. They try to scare you into buying a UV type of gum cleaning where, in reality, they kill and scrape off the edge of the gum that will expose the root of your teeth. I switched dentists and my current dentist is horrified...he initially thought I was brushing my teeth too hard and said I have the gum recession of someone 20 years older. My teeth are overly sensitive now. Aside from that issue, you only spend about 1-2 minutes with the actual dentist at this practice. The majority of your visit is the cleaning with a maniacal dental assistant that is way too overly enthusiastic with the tooth-pick cleaning tool. The scheduling system is messed up...they will cancel your visit unless you CALL to confirm your appointment you've already made 2-3 days before and charge you for it. As has been mentioned, the girls at the front desk are either too busy gossiping or on their phone. They don't greet or acknowledge you. We get it, you don't want to be here! I was told to call to schedule an extraction and they just gave me a phone number to call when I did call the office. There are way too many other places to get a tooth cleaning...don't bother with this place.

Worst experience ever. If I could give a big fat zero I would!!! Received a bill 1.22.22 without a date of service rendered. Everyone there seems to not know anything about the bill I got from DENTAL WORKS "the worst billing company ever" and of course it took 4 months for me to get a date of service and it was from 8.2020...DENTAL WORKS is the billing party but it seems they are a mysterious company that no one can contact. Finally got ahold of BRITTANY supposed to be the District manager I Received email from her and she was very condescending and was absolutely no help at all!!! Susie the office manager never called me back either no customer service at all. I will never go there again please if you are reading this go somewhere else because the dentist I did see told me my tooth had to be pulled couldn't be saved so I went to another dentist and I now have a nice crown and it was saved if i had listened to Lakeview dental I would have lost a good tooth. Please be cautious

I have been going to the dentist for many years. However, the dentist and dental hygienist there is awesome. Jessica is EXCELLENT, extremely kind and knows what she is doing. I will continue to go to Lakeview Dental because of Jessica and the current dentist that is there.

My hygienist, Jessica, was wonderful during my appointment. She is very thorough and obviously cares about my health and well-being. I feel very comfortable around her and doctor Igun.

The staff and doctors here are always so kind, friendly, and understanding. I have horrible anxiety and white coat syndrome. After getting my first cavity/filling in my late teens, I was terrified and wouldn't go back to the dentist for years. When I found Lakeview Dental and visited them for the first time, I knew I'd never go anywhere else. Thank you guys!

From the moment of arrival to the departure at the conclusion of my procedure I was made to feel at ease by the staff. Dr. Asghar was a professional, easy to talk to, answered all my questions and his empathy toward patient comfort far exceeded my expectations. I truly hope everyone visiting a dentist could enjoy their procedure with a dentist as professional as the one I had. Dr. Asghar is one to emulate in his career field and I highly recommend, Lakeview Dental Care, to anyone in need of any dental procedures.

I had called to cancel my appointment due to being tested positive for COVID per usual no one answered left a message no one returned my calls. A week later my MOM receives a bill for 50 dollars for a missed appointment for me. Keep in mind I haven't been under my moms insurance for years. This is absurd and a complete violation of my privacy . I ONCE AGAIN CALLED LEFT A MESSAGE AND I HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM THIS DENTAL CLINIC. Update: Spoke with Chastity the officer manager she's very rude and inpatient when you ask questions regarding bills being sent to someone else rather then yourself. I decided to not continue getting dental services with this dental practice. The unprofesionalism of the staff and miscommunication is what did it for me. Do not recommend this dental office.
