I took my 14 year old daughter in to get a filling. I went to go back with her they said that Dr. Chilimigras didn't like that and I would have to stand outside I thought that was odd but agreed since there where no doors and little room. But when he asked my daughter a question she couldn't answer I answered for her. He then asked me why I was back there I told him she has a fear of needles and had never had a filling before, she was scared and wanted me with her. He stated mupital times that I must not trust him and he didn't need to do it. But then said he would allow me this one time and never again. I explained if my child needed me I would be there. He became visible upset took the bib off her and I told him we would not be coming back. After we left my daughter told me he called her Baby girl when first examining her. I am disgusted all I wanted is for my child to feel comfortable.

I was having pain in the top left side of my mouth. I wasn't sure if it was my tooth or my gums was the problem. The dentist was rude short tempered and rough with me. I told him where I was having pain and he insisted there was nothing wrong If I hadn't push for him to look again I would have been sent home in pain. When he finished scraping my tooth and gums without numbing me first (very painful) he would pull at my jaw rough when my mouth was open as far as I could. he was very rude to the dental assistant. Once every was done the dentist just walked out. I didn't even get discharge papers

The staff was very friendly but the dentist was very unprofessional I have anxiety witch I expressed to him my gums where infected I thought I was going in to get prescribed an antibiotic instead he told me he was pulling my tooth that day I was not prepared in any way to get a tooth pulled that day he was very rude saying things like stop that come on now that does not hurt he hit my other teeth with his instruments and continued to tell me that there was no way that my tooth hurt blamed me moving on why I had to get stitches why wasn't I givin an option for something to calm me down I had a horrible experience and would never recommend this office to anyone I would say I'm traumatized from the experience but that would be an understatement

I am a Senior Citizen and I needed two tooth extractions. I was very nervous and fearful. As I sat in the chair, Dr Pantalena was very understanding and his calm assurances were nothing that I've had before. I was totally numb and the procedure took less than 20 minutes. I want to commend Dr. Pantalena and his staff for the respect and care they gave me. Thank you very much. It really meant alot to me.

Whether it was policy or by happenstance, I was able to be seen the day of contact when my tooth had become too much of a problem to ignore. I was given a quick diagnosis and given affordable treatment options that could also be done the day of. The dentist and the staff were all incredibly friendly and were more than willing to work with me to square away issues of payments despite financial hardship, and the procedure was quick and relatively painless. When we become much more financially stable, I can't wait to make Lakeview Dental Care my go-to for more routine procedures, such as regular dental checkups and cleaning.

I've had a wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled for going on 8 years. It was sideways and impacted. I went to a dentist about a year ago and they told me I needed to see an oral surgeon and cleaned my teeth for barely 20 minutes, mind you my teeth hadn't been cleaned in about 6 years. So my tooth really starts to ache and I get on here to read reviews for every dentist- Lakeview had the best and now I know why! I got my teeth cleaned first and my hygienist Tana I believe, was completely thorough and took her time making sure she got everything, she didn't put a time limit on it and you knew she wasn't being rushed. She really enjoys her job and you can tell. Now here comes the wisdom tooth removal. I will not lie and say I didn't cancel the first time because I was terrified, I did.... so my husband took the day off to make sure I actually went in and got it done (I realize this makes me sound like a child, but I was absolutely terrified) and when I was there checking in, I was completely ready to tell them I was pregnant and could no longer get my tooth extracted... and she informed me- even if I was, while my husband laughed knowing there's no way, they still do work on pregnant women.... so that's not actually an excuse. Now for normal people they offer an anxiety med- I am allergic, so no worries, most people won't feel this kind of anxiety if they can help it. The Staff was amazing in telling me I was going to be okay and trying to comfort me. The Dr explained everything and was everything the reviews had said when I was looking for a dentist. He was as quick and efficient as he could be while making sure I felt no pain. His assistant held my hand at the end when she knew it was the worst part. I will never go to or take my kids to any other dentist office. I am so glad I found them. Thank you to the Lakeview Dental team for taking such great care of my family an I, you don't know how much I appreciate you.

I get large and severe cankor sores, and I thought I'd try laser treatment. I called and made an appointment for the same day ! I live 1.5 hours away but it was worth the drive ! The treatment was 15 minutes long, including signing papers, and my sore healed within 2 days ! Very nice people, never had better dental service

One of the receptionist that schedules and confirms appointments and takes calls is rude and pushy. She called a few days before my appointment to confirm it and i had to unfortunately cancel. She got an attitude with me and acted like i had insulted her because i cancelled even though i was nice about it and she was given a few days notice. The lady that cleaned my teeth was an exception though she was nice. I also know someone else who had a very bad experience here. Alot of it due to a few of the people who works heres arrogant and rude attitude. One patient i know very well informed me that one of the dentist there was so rude to his assistant that it clearly humiliated and embarrassed her in front of him. Its inappropriate to do this in front of a patient. Learn to be nice and more hospitable staff at Lakeview Dental

I am so impressed and happy by the care I was given at this dental office! I had a tooth emergency where part of my tooth just crumble off. I don't even live in Michigan and they luckily had a space open for me in an hour of when I called! The assistants and staff were so friendly and sweet. And Doctor Chilimigras was very reassuring and gentle. They gave me an x-ray, evaluated the situation and were able to do the needed procedure right then and there. They also had fun 80's music playing which for me was very comforting because I love 80's tunes:) I have to have one more thing done when I'm back in my home state of New York, but I feel so much better having had this part taken care of! If I lived in Michigan I'd want this to be my dental place!! Also an assistant was training while I was having my filling redone and the Doctor was firm but kind and and never condescending to her when he'd explain what proper tool to use or how to hand it correctly over. Each step of the process the Doctor informed me what he was going to be doing and what sensation I was going to expect. I haven't been to a dentist in a looong time so I was nervous, but that helped me prepare my mind at each step and I could relax better. I actually was teary- eyed with gratefulness for how I was treated here, and I don't have dental insurance, but they informed me before doing the procedure how much it was going to cost. It wasn't as high as I was expecting, and I was able to afford it.
