Don't go here. The place is a scam. They do extra cleanings and then charge you for it without even asking u. U will never only pay your co pay. If ur rich this place is fine, trust me don't go here. The place will charge u without u saying okay to extra procedures.

Alright so I haven't updated my response to this place in a few years I believe so I will write about it once again. All I have to say is that every year it just seems to get better. Not to mention some of these comments are irrelevant as the Dentist himself will never give a price on the phone. If the doctor cannot see the situation how can he possibly give a price? Really think about your comments before you make false accusations. Anyway, I have visited a few dentists (2-4) and each one just wasn't cutting it for me. While they did take my insurance I was instead unsatisfied with their service, and their work ethic. For example the Dentist of this place will do his utmost to ensure that you are first and foremost going to get the proper procedure done with the least amount of pain and for a fair price. I believe that is what everyone wants. As for the people who want to save a few dollars here and there I understand where you are coming from however cutting back on spending where you health is at stake is not a smart idea. All of you who go to different dentists after you disagree with the treatment plan halfway through the procedure and then come back asking the dentist to carry on with the original plan when things go awry are really asking for something to go wrong. Of course the dentist can't just continue toe procedures after you go to another dentist and do a different procedure that's just common sense. As for the people who say that he charged one price and just changed it have you checked that your insurance hasn't changed their coverage as well? And, are you sure that maybe you had not misheard and mistaken the price? Because that is many times that's the case and I see that as a personal problem not the establishments problem. In any case I had just gotten my invisalign done by this dentist and it was pretty good as well as fast and cheap. I know one of my friends had the same thing done and had to pay twice the amount of money to 2 dentists as she found out the first one that she went to had a cheaper price (of a few tens of dollars), but did not know what he was doing. Thus, after creating an abscess in her mouth and bleeding for a few weeks she decided to go to another dentist to get that treated as well as pay for more teeth correcting procedures with another dentist office a few months later. This is really not worth it if you think with a clear mind.

Worst service I have ever experienced in my years of visiting a dentist. My insurance covers 100% xRay and cleaning and I was still charged $40 copay. The cleaning was a rush job for 15-20 min, I had cavities and thought the dentist would have said somthing to me...nothing!!! I had to ask to which he said no its ok...wow!! Definitely changing him..very non-personal only interested in your insurance. Please avoid this guy as much as possible, if I had read the reviews I would have never gone to this practice.

Best dentist in town! I have been visiting this dentist office for over 5 years and have always been satisfied with their service. Dr. Cheng is professional and always patient to me. He explains all possible treatment and discuss the best solutions. He is my family doctor for my husband and for my daughter. I strongly recommend this dentist office when you have dental needs.

What a difference a good dentist makes! I'll be the first to admit that I'm a big baby about going to the dentist. Now that I've become a patient, I actually enjoy going. Dr. Cheng was beyond great, he made me feel so comfortable. I was new to the office and was treated like a long time friend. He does excellent work with the patients comfort in mind. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. He had my tooth out so fast and painless that I couldn't believe it. Even the injection to numb you is painless! The office is always clean and organized and all the staff are welcoming and friendly. I will always go to Dr.Cheng now, he is the best dentist I've ever been to!

After many years of neglect I needed to visit a dentist who i can rely on. I met Dr. Cheng through my wife she had recommended that I visit with him to discuss doing work on my teeth. After meeting with the Doctor he worked out and affordable comprehensive plan to correct some of my issues I has with my teeth. It was the best decision I ever made. He was patient and courtesy to my needs worked around my busy schedule to accommodate me with my visits. I highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking advise or work done with out fear of being being ripped off or taken advantage. he is a true professional and that is why I have the bright smile I do today.

Dr,. Xiaofang cheng was initially trained in China where dentists are regular MD first, their curriculum there is different from USA style. He worked on my two wisdom teeth extractions, pain level is 0-1, I was able to talk and work within 2 hours after the procedure. He also worked on my two dental implants which is very challenging due to my inborn missing of the adult "canine teeth", the remaining bone bed is atrophied and very brittle, and the surrounding teeth were shifted due to lacking of support after the two baby canine teeth fell out. But the outcome is very satisfactory, the color is very nicely matched, the gum /bone atrophy stopped after the implants, so far nearly three years out, functioning very well.

I came in with a toothache he checked it and told me He needed to take out 2 teeth about 15 minutes later he came back and told me he couldn't do anything at this time because of my insurance I told him I had good insurance which he agreed he told me had to send the claim and get back to me he let me leave with pain subscribe some painkillers and told me he would get back to me regarding my insurance I guess it was more important for him to see if he gets paid instead of taking the pain awayi still havent heard 4 days laterthe worst experience I've ever had dont waste your time
