Everyone here is so friendly and awesome with kids! My two year old had his first visit and my oldest son had a cavity filled. Both were done easily and pain free!

Got seen quickly the dentist and his assistants were AMAZING friendly and informative. My daughtor Nevaeh was really scared and they made her so comfortable

Today On October 20, 2020 was the WORST experience I've had ever at this place dealing with a rude dentist assistant. She was very aggressive and very unprofessional, she told me that she couldn't handle my son yanking or pulling away from her because she was recently in a car accident. She was being very aggressive and was mishandling my 4 year old son, she packed his toothbrush bag and threw it onto him in the chair instead of handling it better by placing the bag in my hand as I was standing right on the side of my son. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, AGGRESSIVE & MISHANDLING KIDS PLACE! Today my son Dr. Jay & he was not so pleasing neither!

We were excited about my daughters appointment today, the first 2 were outstanding and she received great care. However today was our last visit there. Horrible cleaning/examination.

They shouldn't even get the one star! Took my 5 year old there today and he was terrified he was screaming for me and they told him that I couldn't come there when they were done he came running out! They are also saying that they have to cap his front teeth which told them NO! He is 5 his front teeth are the first to fall out. I asked my son if they strapped him to the chair today when he was screaming he nodded his head yes! I thought they would be good since this office is a part of the Ambrose office from Macon boy was I wrong!

This practice is unprofessional and definitely inconsiderate. My first experience was awful. We waited for a dentist who was hours late, and we didn't receive an apology or anything. The waiting area is too small for any practice, let alone one catering to small children. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trying to go back for a second visit for my foster child. My child's second visit would have been today. However, my visit was rescheduled without any notification. I drove all the way to Greensboro to find out that their office was closed, and after speaking with someone in their Dublin office, I was told that my appointment had been rescheduled for the following day. I expressed my grievances with the young lady, and she was apologetic even though it wasn't her fault. This practice obviously does not care about nor respect their patients. Quality is not a word I would use to describe Lakeside Pediatric Dentistry. If you don't want to be disappointed and frustrated, then I suggest you not go to this practice.

My daughter waited an hour and a half to be seen because the dentist scheduled didn't bother to show up on time. She showed up an hour and a half after scheduled appointments to a roomful of cranky children and working parents whose days were inconvenienced by her lack of respect for anyone else's schedule. I understand running late, but I don't understand rolling into work nearly 2 hours after your scheduled time. Call first and make sure the dentist will actually be there. The other office staff is always kind and professional, but no one should have to deal with hours of waiting because the doctor didn't even show up.

My granddaughter went for her first cleaning today. She is 18 months old....it was a Fabulous experience for her! They are the best around!!!! My grandson has been going to them since his first cleaning and he always has Good visits! I love them! He is 4 1/2 years old!

The staff was awesome and very friendly. The only issue i had was the waiting room...it is soooo small.

The experience was fantastic
