Very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed emergency surgery for wisdom teeth extraction and they got me in the same day in less than 20 minutes. Dr. Wagner and the staff were very comforting and thorough about the procedure, as well as payment and insurance. It put me at ease that there were no hidden costs. The doctor even personally called me the day after to make sure I was doing well. 10/10 recommend Lakeside Oral.

Found them online and went to their site where they listed my insurance as an accepted provider so I made an appointment. Got there, checked in, got an exam and x-rays done only to come out and be told my insurance doesn't cover them. Made no sense because it is still at this point, listed on their site. They didn't even tell me before I got everything done. Then comes the FULL PRICE bill that was caused by false advertising and delaying telling me until after the appointment.

The Dr and staff were AMAZING! I was so nervous getting my wisdom teeth out and they made me feel so at ease. I had an emergency situation where I needed to get my teeth taken out ASAP and they scheduled me the same day. The ladies that work in the office are so down to earth and friendly! Very good experience and a great Dr!

I recently had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Wagner; and I'll just start off by saying, him and his team are truly amazing!! I would definitely recommend seeing this team for your oral surgery needs. Dr. Wagner is very well-spoken, reassuring, and confident in his abilities. He even took time out of his Sunday to call and ask how recovery was going. His team is also very welcoming, friendly, and they effectively help you feel as comfortable as possible. The most memorable person (other than Dr. Wagner) that I would like to shine light on is Abby. From the moment I walked in, to when I was getting prepped for the anesthetic, to when I woke up; she did an EXCELLENT job at calming my nerves with engaging, distracting conversation. She helped me get dressed and even walked me to the car!! This place is all around amazing and they do great work! 100/10 for me because they are over the top!

Absolutely AMAZING staff! My boyfriend went in on an emergency basis (saw him within 2 hours of calling to schedule) after Aspen dental performed a botched wisdom tooth extraction. After consultation the doctor and staff said they would be able to do the extraction if we were willing to wait 15 minutes. Amazing customer service, you can tell they care about their patients. I would recommend Dr. Wagner to anyone looking for a kind, caring and dedicated oral surgeon. Thank you again for everything!!
