I'm thankful for this experience. The staff from the front desk for the initial intake to the O.R. was the most courteous that I've had with any oral surgery. Everyone made sure that the patient was comfortable and informed about every step of their procedure. I would like to thank each individual for their assistance during this process. This was not my first oral surgery by any means, but this team knows what they are doing!!! Give this team a shot if you need something done the right way!!! Thank you again.

Dr Haynie and his assistant and professional support staff are well experienced and well beyond expectations! They are well above and beyond the BAR as fast as patient care. The team at Lakeside Oral Surgery has carved out a unique way of making something as miserable as oral surgery straight forward and comfortable. Everybody in the office was tranquil and affable, and the theater room was an unexpected luxury my wife really appreciated while waiting through my surgery. I do believe the experience they provide is unparalleled in their field, and I would not hesitate to refer my loved ones to Dr Haynie and the gang.

Dr Haynie and his fabulous team did a great job with a recent oral surgery for me. I felt like they saw me as a person - something that is very valuable in any medical situation. They fit me in the schedule right away when they heard what was going on. In fact, they asked me for details and really listened. That is a real treat! Any other medical office can learn something from Dr Haynie and his team.

We were referred to Dr. Haynie by both our pediatric dentist and orthodontist to treat our 8 year old daughter. They ensured she had a smooth prep, surgery and follow up. The staff and Dr. were all very friendly and helpful. So glad we went to Lakeside oral surgery and would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent experience with Dr. Haynie's office! Dr. Haynie is a wonderful surgeon and the staff is helpful, and kind. My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth extracted. The staff made both of us feel at ease. Her surgery went better then I could have hoped for, as did her recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Haynie and his staff!

Fantastic place. Everyone is supper friendly and they have good detail information if asked for it. They did a great job with my wisdom teeth surgery. The explanation on the steps before and after that need to be taken was helpful. I will definitely recommend coming here. Parking is the only down fall?

I am always so impressed by the level of care I recieve at your office. I love the girls up front and how welcoming they are. My consultation and pre-op last week was very thorough and I really liked your assistant- I wish I could remember names! I was feeling anxious today when I went back for surgery but the two girls prepping me where very understanding and answered my questions promptly and made me feel much more relaxed. I feel like your level of work is always the absolute best and I really appreciated the follow up call. No one wants to be your chair (haha- no offense!) but you make the experience comfortable and professional and I highly recommend you and your team! Thank you all very much for making my experience a good one- very much appreciated.

Went in to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed after my fiance suggested this place. I gotta say this is single handedly THE cleanest, most inviting and professional dental office i have ever been in. The staff are all sweet and professional. The place is spotless and comfortable. Dr. Haynie is a well decorated dentist that does such a fantastic job he might as well add artist to his list of certifications. Overall this office is wonderful. Will be suggesting everyone use this office.

I have shared with friends how this is the best business I've ever delt with!! Extremely professionally ran.The staff is so inviting and friendly! They truly make you feel at home, invited, and a comfortable environment. EVERY staff member took the time to make sure we were taken care of, to the fullest. Even after my sons surgery the Dr himself took his time to call and check on my son. I really appreciate everyone for making this a great experience! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Wow, what an amazing team. Honestly I was a little nervous about the entire procedure that needed to be done. To my surprise, the first visit was outstanding, the staff walked me through the office and pointed out all of the amenities they have to help me and my wife with the big day. The waiting room and recovery room was unexpectedly welcoming and comforting. My wife said as she waited, they had snacks and Netflix for her to pass and enjoy the time. Wow that's awesome! Overall, the entire office was sparkling clean and fresh. The staff was extremely nice and explanatory. They were redundant in asking me if I had any concerns or questions about the procedure. They spoke to me personally about my past genuinely interested in my experiences and who I am as a person. This made me feel like they are real people who truly care about their community. They also set up a fantastic recovery plan and provided everything I needed regarding medication's and post-op check ups. Dr.Haynie was one of the best doctors I have had, seriously. He was very thorough and direct in questions and answers and again making sure I was comfortable with the entire procedure before and even after everything was finished. The procedure was flawless, I went right to sleep and when I woke up, everything was done and beautiful, I had very little pain. These guys are pros and they definitely know what they're doing. You don't have to worry, in fact just relax and let them do their magic. I'm scheduling another another visit for sure;)

Within a week and a half after scheduling, my daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted. This office is amazing! The team is fantastic! Lexy, Brooke, and Faith are all so very kind and friendly. Dr. Hainey's experience and knowledge are very apparent, and that comes with kindness as well. We had a great experience here and will be recommending this office to anyone that asks! My son had his wisdom teeth pulled here. By far, the best experience at a dental office. They explained every detail of the procedure from start to finish. The staff was always welcoming and set my nerves at ease. My son has had minimal pain and is almost completely recovered in less than a week. Thank you to all that was a part of this experience. Dr. Haynie and his team by far exceeded my already high expectations, and made my entire surgical experience better than I could have even imagined! I have health anxiety, and the thought of getting my wisdom teeth out terrified me. Dr. Haynie made sure to ease my fears and took care of me. My surgery went perfectly, and afterwards, I had no pain, bruising, or swelling! I felt so comfortable with how the surgery went and my recovery was smooth and easy. Scheduling here was great and very flexible. The receptionists already knew me by name when I came in for the consultation, and I was able to change appointments easily when I had a scheduling conflict. I had some painful pressure on one side a couple days after surgery, so I called the office in the morning. Their surgical techs were able to see me within the hour! I was continuously amazed at the level of care I received before and after my surgery. I can't overexaggerate how great this practice is, and I wouldn't want my friends or family going to anyone else besides Dr. Haynie. Thank you!!
