The people here are very good at their job. They thought my tooth was stubborn but for me it was a easy extraction and not a lot of pain afterward. You can tell that they care about you as a person and not just a customer.

With my experience at Lakeside dental the staff was great the doctor was awesome. I would definitely recommend doctor Bell if you need surgery.

Treated me like a person. No rushing, everyone took the time to explain each step of the process I was going through and let me know what to expect. With all of the questions I asked, I never felt brushed off or rushed. They took the time to make sure I understood everything and just made the whole extraction process painless (at least until the novacaine wore off). Definately would recommend Dr. Bale and everyone at the practice to anyone who needed an oral surgeon.

Lakeside Oral is fantastic. The staff were all very nice and professional. There was no wait before the procedure and as soon as my husband walked in the back they were all hands on deck and getting everything started. It seemed that no sooner they took him back they were coming out to say he was done. He had an impacted wisdom tooth that was growing sideways removed. Lakeside gave us direction on how to manage the pain and how to take care of the incision site. We got direction both verbally and written. Which was very appreciated. We would definitely recommend Lakeside Oral.

Both of my daughters had their wisdom teeth removed on the same day back to back. The staff was great, the little waiting room for post surgery with my first daughter was perfect. No waiting in the car with her. They recieved syringes of oralease to coat their gums with, as well as a preventative antibiotic, 2 pain medications, and syringes to rinse with. The list of instructions that they sent us home with were very informative, and lastly the staff that Dr. Bale has in his office working with him are all wonderful. The deductible I paid at the window that morning before the procedures was on a Monday. Once insurance picked up and paid, I recieved 2 checks (over payment)in the mail the same week that they had their surgeries. So again I wanna shine some light on his staff. They educate the patients and family well, they stay on top of billing and accounting, and they make sure you know that they are just a phone call away with any concerns or questions. Which you probably won't need the call because the list of instructions you go home with is all the information you'll need.

Dr Bale and his staff have treated all of my kids, and we have always received high quality care. The procedures have been fully explained, pain management has been well taken care of, and they worked with us a lot to accommodate our family's schedule. I would certainly recommend them!

Lakeside was able to get my daughter in for her wisdom teeth extractions within the week of the referral. The actual procedure was quick and efficient. They were very informative and comforting to her through everything. Highly recommend!!
