When I first found out about this place I was SO excited! I called and spoke to a man (very nice) who asked me a few questions and said he would pass on the information. He stated that someone would be calling me the next day to schedule a new patient appointment for my son, but I never received a call. I repeatedly tried to call the office in the following weeks.. sometimes it would just ring and ring, other times it would go to voicemail. I left 2 voicemails requesting a callback to continue scheduling an appointment for my son, but no one ever returned my call. After 2-3 weeks of attempting to talk to anyone, I gave up. What a shame.

Dr. Lacy and the entire staff are absolutely incredible. They are so good at being welcoming and putting kiddos at ease. My very active four year old needed four fillings and having the option of doing it while sedated was huge. They made the whole process easy for us. They listened to concerns and helped develop a plan we all felt comfortable with. They are knowledgeable and conscientious about MTHFR issues. So glad we were referred here and will definitely be going back for all our kiddo's dental needs.

My grandson has sensory issues and 3yrs ago had a bad experience at a dentist office. Ever since that I was not able to get him to trust another dentist. He just loved this dental office. Everyone at this office is absolutely wonderful. I dont think I have ever felt so welcoming. The amosphere in the office felt almost like family. I think I just found his forever dental office!

We took our son Owen here for an extraction and fillings. The entire team was so caring and empathetic with us. Owen suffers from Lennox Gastaut and has multiple seizures everyday. We've had difficulty in finding a place that could assist our son and after 9 months and multiple places, Lakeside Kids Dentistry came through for us. They saw Owen within a short amount of time and prioritized him as their first patient of the day. His work was done quickly and Owen is feeling much better now and we couldn't be happier with the care and service provided to Owen and the respect shown to us as parents.

My son is 2 and half and just had his first appt. He is on the spectrum and has sensory issues. The team here went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable. I especially want to thank Andrea who took her time with him to make him feel as comfortable as possible during his first visit.

My child's visit was hard for him. He didn't like that the dental assistant kept hesitating before talking to him and showing him what was happening. Plus she kept calling him baby and papa which seemed unprofessional and spooked him kind of, not even his teachers talk to him that way. It was hard to understand what was being said between the dentist and her assistant because they kept trying to finish each other's sentence, but not quite getting it right. It wasn't very comforting I'm glad we were in and out of there. On top of that I've been trying to get a copy of the dental exam for daycare/school and I've been getting the run around for over 3 weeks. Sending emails until they stopped responding and they don't answer the phone so we've been playing phone tag which sucks because they are just returning my call and not offering any further information. I'm sitting outside the office as we speak the entrance doors are locked and it is 432 pm and it says they close at 5 and no one is answering the phone Which really sucks because it's hard to find a"5" star pediatric dentist and I really wanted this place to work it's close to home and convenient. But after this I'm not sure we will be back.
