Day 10 still feels like Day 3. Still in extreme pain. The lady at the front desk, Patty is mean and rude. To afraid to call for another follow up. I have an appointment elsewhere tomorrow to see what's happened. I'll update soon.

I recently have been a patient here and it was an amazing experience. As someone who has had a slight fear of dentist due to bad experiences this place ended all of that. The staff was extremely friendly and made me comfortable as well as even played my favorite music during my procedure. Even the slight pain or numbing was pleasant more so than other offices in the past.

Having a tooth extracted is never fun, but Lakeside made it as good of a process as can be. They were so kind to me after I was sent here after a botched dentist visit. They made sure I had pain medicine and had all of the things I needed to make a quick recovery. It's 2 months post op and I'm doing great.

First let me say ... I hate going to the dentist. Secondly, i've had 3 teeth pulled before and it was not a fun experience. But today was my Wife's first time and we got up early to pray. We walked into Lakeside with two amazing greeters at teh front desk. One "Aunt Patty" who's spirit transformed my whole expectation. They played our favorite music, got us a coffee (the way I like it), took care of my Wife, the whole time getting her ready, they had me so excited I TOO wanted to get my teeth pulled. I felt the peace of the Lord in the lobby and what's even more special was the lobby decor -- love the fashion lol. The couches and the aestetic make me want to host a small group bible study here ... or just sit down and have coffee. I was planning on leaving to walk across teh street to get work done but I've decided to stay in the lobby and do it here. Not only that, But now I believe I may actually go ahead and get the remainder of my unhealthy teeth pulled here. I'm sold. Great job Lakeside and blessings!

Overall I'm satisfied with the care I received. The staff was very friendly. My initial visit I was given an itemized estimate of the costs associated to the care I needed. And, a thorough explanation of the oral care I would need. However, financing options were not included in that explanation. I was only informed that financing was an option when I inquired during my oral visit, and at that time it was too late. I could only recommend that they disclose financing options during the initial consultation for clients, like myself, that qualify for such. Also, although friendly, the staff is not diverse.

I was very worried about my procedure, but staff and Dr. Pete reassured me so well. It was about as easy of a procedure, as possible. Dr. Pete did amazing, I had little pain, and recovery was quick. The staff answered all my calls, and even Dr. Pete was answering our texts the night after to help us out. I even got in for an appointment afterwards, to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend this place so so much. I would give it more than 5 stars too.

My child was referred to their office on Dec 22, 2021. I contacted them on Dec 23rd, Jan 5th, Jan 14th, and again yesterday Jan 24th. I left multiple voicemails and even tried to reach them using the text message feature via their automated phone system. Unfortunately I was never contacted back or sent a reply. Had to call my daughter's Pediatric Dentist back yesterday to request a referral for another oral surgeon.

I just had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr.P (no not Dr.Pepper) My consultation was very smooth, to my surprise Dr.P recommended a less expensive method of extraction, due to my gag reflex we opted for me to he put to sleep, however I was surprised that he actually cared for all aspects of my needs as a patient and didn't just recommend what I assume most surgeons would from the get go, the staff were friendly as well as on the day of my surgery. Starting with the nurses (is that what you call them, I have no clue) which helped calm my nerves by explaining everything to the final detail before working on me. Before I knew it I was asleep and then back on my feet and finished with my surgery. Very minimal pain and swelling. Although what Impressed me the most was the doctor calling me after his day was over to check up on me and answer any questions I had. I highly HIGHLY recommend getting your dental surgery here!!! P.S. If the staff were wondering why the pillows on the couch in the lounge spelt limes instead of smile, I switched them around when no one was looking

Dr. Pete's office got me in for an appointment right away and the care of their staff was excellent. I highly recommend this team. They are very understanding and patient with their "dental procedure averse" and anxious clients. :)

Absoutley Rude and not caring Charged me a $100.00 for an estimate that my regular Dentist told him what to do Never removed the tooth as discussed when making appointment and gave me an estimate for over $8000.00 to repair 1 tooth This is the problem people let clowns like this just rob them. Just a horrible experience and I suggest go elsewhere Not nice people actually very snobish expecialy the older lady at reception desk

I was very nervous about having my wisdom teeth out at my age but the staff and Dr. Pete made me feel better. The day of the surgery it went well and everyone was amazing I would highly recommend Dr. Pete. Dr. Pete follow up with a phone call which i thought was amazing as well not many doctors do that.

Everyone here is absolutely amazing! The staff, nurses and Dr.Pete took awesome care of me through all of my anxiety. Everyone from the front desk receptionists to the nursing staff and even Dr.Pete made my experience so easy and stress free. I was super anxious leading up to my oral surgery, but they made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable the second I step foot into the office. Dr.Pete even called me this evening and left a voice-mail on his personal cell phone to check up on me after surgery this morning. Thank y'all so much!!!

So today I had six teeth removed, four wisdom teeth and 2 extra teeth. (Can't believe I'm actually writing a review the same day I had surgery but I just had to!) From the jump I was extremely nervous. I was shaking at my consultation lol. I've been putting this off literally 3 years. Everyone at Lakeside is absolutely amazing! You are all true gems! Dr. Pete did an awesome job. I'm in hardly no pain. Becky is caring and amazing! If I ever have to get anything else done I'm definitely going to Lakeside. Thank you all for the wonderful care you gave me today! Hands down first choice! Hands down the absolute best!

Update: In their reply they attempted to call me a liar and say they extended grace, when in reality I have spoken directly with my insurance company and it has been confirmed twice that they do not accept any plans offered by my provider and opted out 2 years ago. In addition all calls are recorded so there are records of the exact exchange that took place. Finally when I booked my appointment I was told specifically by Haley that my insurance was accepted I even had to provide that information to her specifically so implying that there was some chance it wouldn't be accepted the night, after the office had closed for its business hours I might add, that I would get a call saying it suddenly wasn't. You all may want to communicate with your team before trying to save face on reviews. My insurance company let me know they had received prior complaints and that I am in no obligation to further communicate with your office. Horribly disappointed in my experience with this office they are liars and try and scam people by claiming they accept insurances they don't accept, and then waiting until the day before the appointment to all of a sudden change up and try and force you to pay exorbitant fees out of pocket. They claimed they contacted my insurance, which my company has NO record of. They haven't accepted my insurance since 2018 but told me last week it was. Absolute Garbage morals

2020 update: We previously used Dr. Pete and his team for our son, but I then required my own care. The entire team continued to exceed expectations. They were thorough and efficient in explaining my insurance and cost options. Dr. Pete and his clinical team were kind, professional and provided excellent care. Follow up care and questions were handled with tremendous care. COVID precautions clearly in place. Cannot recommend this practice enough. 2018: Our entire experience was excellent. Scheduling was efficient, staff was caring and Dr. Pete took exceptional care of our son. Highly recommend!

I had all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth taken out a couple weeks ago and it was a much better experience then I had imagined it would be. I put it off for a few years because I was so nervous but from the second I called this office all my nerves went away. Dr. Pete and his staff (especially Becky and Buffy) are absolutely amazing and the office is just a great calm environment. If I ever need anything done again I will definitely be returning!

I had an implant done with Dr. Pete, and it was an amazing experience. I had been putting it off for a long time, because I was really nervous and had some bad dental experiences in the past. They were really kind, patient and the staff made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Pete was great, and I had no complications or problems. It truly was the easiest experience. I would go back in the future for any issues, and I plan to use him in the future for my children. He is great with patients who have anxiety!
