We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and most dental benefit plans. We will submit your benefit claim for you. We expect payment at the time of service. Any balance not paid by the insurer will be the patient's responsibility.
Prior to your first visit we ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes early to complete your paperwork and allow us to do a complimentary benefits check. You can also download and print our New Patient Forms at the bottom of the page.

I have been going to Lakeside Family for 8 years. The front office is always friendly and helpful. I have been seeing the same Dental Hygienist and she is great. I always try to get on her schedule. Thanks for the great service.

Dr Grothe is great. Very gentle and personable. Rachel, the Dental Assistant is wonderful. Very kind and patient. My Hygienist, Laura, is excellent. Everyone is professional and great. I highly recommend them.

This was my first experience with Dr. Grothe and his assistant Ashley and the rest of the staff but it will not be my last!! Explaining my jaw was swollen and I was in alot of pain from a injured tooth Bre did not hesitate to get me in that afternoon! I was treated like I had been going there for years! On top of being friendly Dr. Grothe and Ashley were very diligent and professional in my care. Right away I knew I was in good hands. Before I called Lakeside Family Dental I called my own dentist, who wasn't available, the receptionist passed me off to a sister office who would try to sqeeze me in 4 days, I tried several others closer to my area but none could see me or they did not accept my insurance. Lakeside Family Dental is 30 minutes from my house but I'd drive an hour to go back there!!

They charged me $64.00 for missing an appointment that they did not remind me about. Stated flatly they would close my wife and my account if the fee was not paid in the month and our account would go to collections. Over a single missed appointment. Not your friendly neighborhood dentist. I paid $32 and will not be going back.

First visit today . 2 teeth extracted. 40 + years in spring hill. This is the first dentist I look forward to going back too. The staff were so nice. The dr. Was very informative. The style in which he extracts teeth was amazing. 5 hours later no pain no big gaping holes. Im actually looking forward to all my future visits.thx for for making this expierence great,!

New review-- I went in yesterday for a deep cleaning. Hailey took great care of me, she was friendly, explained everything she was doing. I did not experience any pain or discomfort at all. I didn't even feel the lidocane injections, which is really saying something better than most dentistsI have dealt with. She was a pleasure to deal with. Prior review below My first visit to this dentist, started work immediately on an issue I had with a cracked filling. Started Crown Prep, will have completed with in two weeks. Very pleased with that. Friendly Staff,
