Dr. Kelley was someone I never met prior to my appointment for a root canal. The root canals I have had done in the past were a horrible experience with much discomfort, pain and suffering. Dr. Kelley was kind, professional and knows her stuff! She made me feel comfortable and assured me my procedure would go well. I am one of those that are difficult to numb but she knew by my long jaw exactly where to numb and with no pain or discomfort. In the past, it took so many needles to get me numb that I couldn't open my mouth for two days...not this time! She did the procedure in less than an hour and I never felt any pain or discomfort the entire time. When I left I was worried that my tooth would still hurt or jaw would be sore. Neither! To my surprise, from start to finish, NO PAIN!!! I can eat again and have cold and hot foods and drink on that tooth I avoided for so many months. Thank you Dr. Kelley. Dr Kelly West was amazing. Took me in with almost no notice and performed a flawless emergency root canal with ZERO pain. Less than 24 hours later, I am almost back to feeling like I did before the problem. WOW! THANK YOU!
