Vanessa loves interacting and building relationships with our wonderful patients! She has been in the dental field since 2006 and with Lakeside Dental since 2010. She and her husband live in Troy, MO where they have four children and three grandsons. Before Vanessa entered the dental field, she was in customer relations for 16 years which is where her passion for helping people and building long lasting rapport started. She encourages an open door policy to everyone including patients and families. In her spare time she enjoys reading, watching soccer, restoring furniture, boating, and spending time with her family and friends.

Rachel has been has been a dental hygienist since 2007 and joined our team in 2016. She enjoys spending time with family and friends especially her husband and two boys. Rachel is a native of St. Charles and enjoys giving back to her community by education and aiding in oral health care.

Stephanie was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. She graduated from Missouri College with her Dental Assisting Certificate. She continued her education obtaining her license in Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary, which allows her to assist Dr. Poettker in an array of advanced procedures. She believes dental offices should not be a place of fear and strives to be as helpful as possible by going above and beyond for patients and their needs. When she isnt at work, she can be found spending time with her family, doing outdoor activities, or going to the gym.

Alicia is a Pennsylvania native, but has moved and lived in many areas due to her father being in the United States Army. She has been in the dental field for seven years. Alicia strives to make her patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visit. In her free time she loves spending time with her children, movies, and shopping.

Terri has been practicing dental hygiene for 26 years. She graduated from University of Arkansas Medical Sciences. Terri enjoys spending time with her husband and their four daughters. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and just sitting on the couch watching a good series on Netflix.

Michele has been in the dental field for 20 years. She started in the dental field as a dental assistant which she still enjoys, now you will see her taking care of the front desk responsibilities and time to time dental assisting. St. Charles has been her home for 49 years. She has lived in Lake St. Louis for 15 of those years. She has been married for 25 years and has three grown children with all three in college. In her spare time Michele loves to spend time with her family, her two dogs and cat, shopping, & going on road trips to antique shops.

I consider myself extremely lucky to practice dentistry! There are so many aspects of my dental career that make it wonderful including making a positive impact on my patients lives. I am a native of Carlyle, Illinois. Growing up in a small town enabled me to learn about hospitality and how I want to treat people. I was raised in a large family, and enjoy spending free time with family members. I enjoy outdoor activities including camping and boating. During the summer months, I spend most of my free time skiing and wakeboarding on the local Missouri waterways.
