I had to give a star or I wouldnt have my 11 year old daughter had a cleaning appointment we called and we're let in to the office where we were told I couldn't go back with her and they had no waiting area I could just go out to my car well we were not aware of that policy my daughter didnt feel comfortable and we decided to leave I received a certified letter saying we were dismissed from the practice unreal a minor can't make decisions if something is found and y'all shouldn't want to be alone with miniors Your Dismissed

Wonderful people, Wonderful results, I couldn't be happier. Wanna thank everyone who made this experience the very best that I ever could've hoped. I let the dentist and nurses pick the color and size because they really know what they were doing and they were exactly what worked for me.!! 5 Starss

Yesterday was my third visit and these people are impeccable. They are nice, thorough and efficient ever single time. The dentist is wonderful. My insurance is Medicaid and not a single time have I been treated like that matters. I also have multiple sclerosis and trigeminal neuralgia, dental work will flare up TN if it is on the right side, that is not a dentists fault. I would happily recommend this dentist and his impeccable staff to anyone! God bless.

Called to find out what insurance they take and the lady automatically assumed I had medicaid and I said what about anthem she said no. She wasn't a pleasant person either. I had to put a star just to post so.

My mother has MS and can easily get turned around. She got lost, called the practice and asked for help navigating to them. The woman was very rude. My mother asked to reschedule and was told, "we don't reschedule, you'll have to find another practice." I cannot believe how rude the front staff was to a 76 year old woman with MS.

Very rude and unprofessional dentist and assistants, making unwelcome and hateful comments about any problem with your mouth. If using insurance be sure to have the best coverage because otherwise any procedure they want that you won't pay for will make them start disregarding you as a patient. Most of the 5 star reviews are by employees.

I showed up for an 8:00 appt on June 7. it was actually at 9:00 am but they had sent me a reminder on 5/31 that it was at 8:00. I arrived at 7:55. Previously I was turned away from a dental appointment when I first started coming to their facility and I was 5 minutes late for an appointment. That was my second trip there and I had gotten lost. Today they couldn't find my appointment asked me to take a seat. I showed them the card I had from my last appointment that says I had a 9:00 as well as the reminder the text reminder that says appointment was at 8:00. After they check in all the other appointments, I am still seating and I go up and now they tell me they called ion June 1 and left me message cancelling appointment as the technician who does whitening no longer there. I checked my phone no calls or messages from dental office received other than the reminder that was texted to me. Office staff assured me they called but I can assure you they did not by looking at my phone. The technicians and dentist have been great but the office staff is in serious need of help!

Being absolutely terrified of going to the dentist I was long overdue for a cleaning. His staff is nice but busy. My anxiety was terrible. I was in tears and had to have a few teeth worked on. Several cut out with stitches. If you are looking for pain pills this is not the place to go but rest and motrin took care of the pain fine. They were all so patient and understanding. If I squinted wrong the doctor was asking if I was ok.

Everyone seemed to be in such a rush to get home. When I was talking to the dentist he would cut me off mid sentence and said another lady would answer my questions. He ran to the back to right my prescription and was gone... So I never really got to talk to the doctor for advice and information. It's a shame I had to waste money from my insurance..
