Horrible unprofessional experience... initial visit, Dr. Shin informa me that it is her last day and that Dr. Oh would be doing my treatment plan... Today I have a scheduled appointment to meet Dr. Oh and discuss my plan, nearly 50 minutes later..I am taken to a room....the staff is having a difficult time with another provider and when I asked how much longer to see Dr. Oh...I am I formed that he left the practice prior to my appointment.....furious I asked to speak to Melissa, the clinic manager, the same person who scheduled this appointment and during my wait up front she was engaging with multiple conversations with staff....AND never told me that the Dentist of which I was supposed to be seen....left the practice. Horrible unprofessional conduct as well as abandonment of a patient.

I honestly didn't have an issue with this place or staff until i made the mistake of getting Ortho, this place was my regular dentist but after having such a horrible experience I will be leaving Lakeside Dental. The Ortho Dr. Works at this location 2 days a month for only a few hours and if you can't make it you will have to be scheduled for the next month. For the price that it cost for braces & the service i recieved it wasnt worth it. I highly recommend going to a FULL - TIME ORTHDONTIST. Other then a dentist that just so happens to have Ortho.

I personally Have lived in Little Elm 4 About A year haven't been to the dentist in about 7 years. I went today at 4pm after work. I had multiple cavities and I lost my smile for last 5 years. This dentist and office personnel, went way above and beyond. I'm sooooooo happy that they brought my smile back. And yes I have insurance. Not the best but I left and I now have my smile back. I am so happy and so grateful for our lord Jesus to let me regain my confidence back. I would recommend this dentist over anyone. I hugged him and thanked him. . After 7 to 8 years no dental care I finally found my smile. May God bless you

Worst experience of my life at this dentist. During the winter storm this was the only office opened. I had a tooth split out of nowhere and needed it removed. The dentist spent hours sawing into my face so bad that he removed all of the bone and left me nothing to for bone to be able to install an implant. I went back in 3 times and 2 rounds of antibiotics to try to ge the bone graft to stick and obviously it won't if there's no bone. I finally decided to see a surgeon and my personal dentist and they were very upset at how much bone they removed. I spent months in pain because of this. They gave me a refund and now they are trying to charge me again. This place is a fraud and there dentists are unqualified to be doing surgeries. Horrible horrible experience, so depressed!

Just can't say enough about this practice and Dr. Hansen. Professional service exceptional work. I give the 5 stars. You will not be sorry if you choose to use this service. I am new to Texas and needed a family dentist. They were recommended by a neighbor. Sure am happy I found them.

Went there today. Dr Lee R Hanson and his assistant were amazing. Best Dental experience I've had. I recommend this office for your dental needs.

Dr Hanson and his office staff are helpful and professional. Dr Hanson takes the time to answer questions and any concerns. The office is pleasant And there is very little wait time.

It's gone downhill since Dr. Jones left. I went to have a cavity filled when Jones was there and then again a little over a year later and again with one cavity to fill. Same insurance, but way more expensive the second time. They are still trying send me bills and I already paid more than double what I had paid when Jones was there a year earlier. To make matters worse, the filling they put in just fell out while I was eating and I have to go again. I am not sure the filling even lasted two full years. Oddly enough, I think the filling actually broke off part of my tooth when it went too. I have an appointment with a new dentist on Monday to look at it. Go elsewhere too

I visited Lakeside Dental this morning as a new patient to have them fill some cavities that have been bothering me. I have been raving to friends and family all day about the good experience I had. I loved how I was treated as a patient, I loved how the dentist spoke to his staff and how the staff spoke to and helped each other. I loved not being pressured into procedures but to be explained my different options and shown the cost out of pocket/after insurance.

My family has gone here for about 9 years, and we've always had a great experience. Everyone is super nice and personable. Dr. Hanson is the best! The entire staff is great!! Anytime we've had questions or needed help, Melissa has always been friendly and gone above and beyond anything we could have asked! I highly recommend :)

For the first time over 15+ years that I have been to going to Lakeside dental I had the worst experience ever!!! They got new management and The new manager has very poor attitude! I was trying to get a better understanding about my insurance and she was not willing to help me out! In the way she was talk to me was very uncalled for! Also I observe that the way she talk to her employees was very unprofessional like if she was better than everyone else! At this point I'm not sure if I want to go back to Lakeside dental for any services! But I will say that the staff are very polite and very helpful as well as the doctors..
