Let me start off by saying that i am deathly afraid of the dentist. I had a route canal done on 10/25 by Dr.Kyle & his dental assistant Billy. Billy prepped me prior to the doctor coming in and made me feel completely at ease about the whole entire situation. Dr. Kyle came in and we joked around a bit and the surgery got started. They both kept asking me if i was ok and comfortable throughout the whole entire process. I think 5 stars is too little of a rating that these two and the whole staff deserves. I have visited this office several times and have always been treated like I was family. Dr. Kyle and Billy were both EXTREMELY knowledgeable in what they were doing and it was easy to see that the patients well-being and comfort was their number one priority. Throughout the whole entire process I felt little to no pain. I would recommend them and this office over and over again.

I typically have a wonderful experience and have had a lot of dental work done. This experience was different as I was seen 45 minutes after my appointment time which impacted my schedule the remainder of the day. But, I'll be back in 6 months. I'm sure it was a one time incident.

Everyone in the office was great during my kids check ups yesterday! My kids and I have been going here since 2016 or 2017 before the office name changed. They always know how to make my kids feel comfortable and excited about their visit... more so now than ever. Great team! Highly recommend!

My check up and cleaning was not a good experience. The hygienist was awkward doing my x-rays. The placement of the bite wings was painful, after 10 or so, I had to have her stop. The napkin bib was soaked and I didn't have my teeth flossed. I have an appointment in January and will try one more time.

Dr. Quinn and her staff are friendly, highly professional, and skillful in their profession. Also, they explained to me the procedure needed to remedy my tooth problem. Further, I was given a choice which treatment I would feel better. The operation went extremely well and for that, I am grateful and thankful to them.

This practice is a scam. I honestly don't know how they have 4.8 rating when it should be below 2! Like other person said here, my visit was very similar to theirs - no actual cleaning/selling Invisalign. The quickest cleaning I've ever had, if you're looking for an actual annual cleaning and consultation of your teeth do not come here. They will first introduce you to a dental hygienist that while she's super nice and overly sweet to you, you can barely understand a word she's saying, all while she seems very inexperienced and don't know what she's doing. She will compliment your teeth and mouth the whole visit but do not let it get to you, that's all so she doesn't need to do her job - which is your cleaning. Once she starts the cleaning, don't be surprise when the equipment "malfunctions", that's just another way to make time pass and your cleaning not being done. At the end, she will spend a total of 10 min cleaning your teeth and saying how she doesn't need to do much because you have such good teeth and takes care at home. Seriously, that happened. Except she did lots of talking and not the service you're there for: get your teeth clean! They pretty much rush you out of the place until their next victim comes in. You will see the scammer dentist for about 10 min tops (the inexperienced dental hygienist is who will lead the entire visit unfortunately). She will take advantage of your slight interest in Invisalign - BIG mistake, do not tell them you're interested in Invisalign, she will make your entire visit ONLY about that. They'll spend lots of time trying to sell you Invisalign and ZERO time actually doing their job and taking care of you. She said everything was fine with my teeth, but when I went to an actual real professional dentist it was a different story! Imagine if I didn't feel like something was wrong and went to see someone else, the health of my teeth would deteriorate. While there, they also tried to sell me their Oral B tooth brush, and of course, fluoride but don't even bother with fluoride since they won't even clean a dam thing in your mouth. You're better off brushing your teeth at home. This is a quick money grab from your insurance, it's SCAM dental office, they're more sales people than dentists. Zero professionalism, zero care for their patients. They throw around fake compliments while not doing a damn thing for you and your health. Gross people, gross professionals.

I've been going to this office since it opened and I had previously always had great experiences. Unfortunately, it has slowly been going downhill. My family members have had bad experiences recently as well, but I insisted on going back. Today they took me back late for my appt. My cleaning was very short(the quickest, least thorough I have ever had). The majority of my 1.5 hours there involved me getting a scan for "potential Invisalign or other future treatments." I was also offered a fluoride treatment that was "strongly recommended but $50 extra." I understand every business needs to make money, but it was overall a bad experience. I miss Riley and Dr. Cavka.

I was taken in for appointment early. The assistant could not have been any kinder. She was very caring and explained what was going to happen during procedure. Dr Quinn was very friendly and introduced herself. She was also very caring

Update: Dr Cavka is no longer at this office. Extremely disappointing visit. The new dentist didn't even come in. Changed my 5 star rating to 1 star. I have been going to Dr. Cavka for a few years and have always been very satisfied. I had a crown replacement and filling replacement yesterday and felt no pain, not even the numbing injections. She and her staff are wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Cavka and her staff!

We love our dentist and hygiene staff at Lakeside Dental! They are caring and gentle and try to make sure you understand everything as they tend to your needs! We have been coming here since they opened and stay here because of the dentist and staff!

First visit and was blown away! Staff is awesome and welcoming for one. Second , the dentist (she was fantastic & I forgot her name ) was so calming & up from about what I needed & said we could work out a PLAN for my dental health! What no $20,000 for immediate work unheard of! The hygienist was gentle but a little bit to talkative for me but did a great job. Overall I came out looking great and feeling like I FINALLY found a dentist where I can feel confident I will get the dental care I REALLY need. July 25. Had some fillings on the lower front teeth. Did not feel a thing! This is the first time in my life that I did not feel like crying when I got a feeling. I am not kidding I got natures with it like I always do, they numbed my gum and gave me the shot, waited a few minutes till I was numb and proceeded to give me three fillings near the front and I did not feel a thing. I am so To Dr. O'Quinn and Sherina for the care they took and performing their job. I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with this office. Same goes for the front desk.

The whole staff is very professional and pleasant to deal with. Riley is very knowledgeable and thorough when cleaning my teeth. The price I paid was quite reasonable considering the time she and Dr O'Quinn spent with me. It was altogether a good experience if you can call going to the dentist good!

Staff was amazing. Great people, very personable. So flexible on scheduling and getting me in ASAP. They definitely catered to my specific situation. I'm very please and happy to have landed there instead of somewhere else.
