The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They provided me with all procedure instruction and why it would be of value. They answered all my questions and I definitely feel like they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and didn't feel pressured to take on any treatments. Special thank you to Lindsey, Maribel and Dr. Lopez for making this a great experience!

I've been to a lot of dentist looking for one that doesn't look like they are there to max out your available insurance funds every year. Everyone here is honest and polite. They do a great job from cleaning to fixing to billing Highly recommend you give them a try.

Avoid this place! They have committed fraud and I suspect they've done it to others as well! These people filed fraudulent claims to my insurance for services they did not perform. Now they did have me prescheduled however I was done with them after them continuously lying about the way they conduct business My insurance company warned me about this place prior to me going in for work and I eventually listened after my 3rd appointment. One of the girls in the front was high on drugs and couldn't even think straight plus too many mistakes from the office staff. After my cleaning I was done with this place. The girl cleaning my teeth did not do a good job it was the worst cleaning I had. So at that point I decided to stop going to this place. Call your insurance, ask about this place and I am sure they will warn you. Remember to stay on top of your documentation and keep all your receipts. Unfortunately, for them I had all of that! Good luck!

Went from 5 star to 1 star after receiving a text about my account and owing for fluoride, a cost that was not explained to me prior, and something I didn't need, thought it was included. Cancelled my next appointment here, don't trust them.

Such a great experience! I recently moved from CA, and needed to find a new dentist. I received a mailer from Lakeside, and decided to give it a shot... and I am so glad I did. The office is super clean, sleek and welcoming. The team up front is so efficient and friendly. Lindsay the dental hygienist was phenomenal. She was super thorough, and communicated everything she was doing. When you have someone poking around in your mouth, it's nice to know what they are doing! Also she was friendly, personable and we had great conversation, when her hands weren't in my mouth! It was the most comprehensive exam I have ever had. Dr Lopez was super nice, and also communicated everything he saw and wanted to treat and watch. I felt like I understood the plan, and felt like the recommendations were reasonable and not pushy in the slightest. When I was all done, Lindsay walked me back up front and they had my treatment plan already ready to review regarding the work the doctor recommended. It was so nice to see that before leaving, and have an idea of what it would cost after insurance. It's usually such a hassle to get a quote and what the out of pocket portion is, and here I didn't even have to ask. I am so glad I came here and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know. I am so impressed with their office and team. Great job everyone!

I've experienced 5 different Dental offices and this is by far the best! Modern technology, great dentist, awesome hygienist, and overall friendly team oriented staff. Even the front desk and the people handling billing are very easy to work with. I would recommend this office to everyone.

You will not find a more personable dental office! This practice is the best. From the minute you walk in the door to the dental assistants who are absolutely kind and considerate, to Dr.Lopez who is so incredibly gentle. I can't say enough. Great Dental office.

Dr. Lopez has a great practice! Everyone is friendly & knowledgeable. The dentist is not fun but Lakeside Dental Is a professional fun environment. Highly recommended!
