DR. PETER KRAKOWIAK, DMD, FRCD(C) Dr. Peter Krakowiak completed his Oral and Maxillofacial surgery residency at LAC+USC Medical Center in Los Angeles. He also received post graduate training at University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor where he also served as a dental school faculty.
Currently Dr. Krakowiak holds the rank of a Clinical Assistant Professor and teaches in the division of Surgical Therapeutics and Bioengineering Sciences at USC School of Dentistry and at LAC+USC Level I Trauma Center. His clinical and research interest include facial regenerative, dental implant therapy and computerized surgical imaging and planning.
DR. BRADY D. NIELSEN, DDS Dr. Nielsen joins us after completing his specialty training at one of the most respected residency programs in the world today the USC Advanced Graduate Program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The USC program is currently the nations most unique and comprehensive OMS training program, as it has recently been integrated not only into the Keck Medical School curriculum but also organizationally combined with the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department at Keck USC School of Medicine and Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles. Dr. Nielsen completed his studies in Dentistry at the UCLA School of Dentistry.
Our practice employs a team of highly qualified and experienced clerical and surgical staff. All of us aim to provide our patients with the highest level of personalized and compassionate care. Each and every member of the team is active in ongoing advancement of their respective clinical and professional skills. The operatory assistants are CPR and ACLS certified as well as have completed CALAOMS accredited assistant training modules. All our staff who are involved in taking and processing x-rays meet or exceed strict state certification requirements. We all partake in maintenance of exceptional asepsis and exceed all OSHA and other government sterility and infection control standards. Our very capable surgical staff has advanced trainings in all aspects of anesthesia care and full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical therapy. Dr. Michael Erickson has extensive training in the diagnosis and management of disorders of the oral and maxillofacial region. Dr. Erickson graduated from Loma Linda University earnings his D.D.S. degree. His postgraduate training includes an orthodontic residency in orthodontics and dento-facial orthepedics at Loma Linda University where he earned a Masters degree in orthodontics

Both doctors have interest in and deliver advanced care for growing patients focused on interceptive management of disturbances in facial and dental growth including dentition impactions Depending on the severity of the malocclusion (bad bite) or irregularity. orthodontic treatments may occur in several appropriately timed phases focusing on skeleton growth and dental growth disturbances.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out here and it was a great experience. I was nervous about being put under anesthesia because I've never been under it before but they were all very nice and accommodating. They always encourage you to call them if you have any questions or concerns and are very helpful over the phone as well.

My daughter needed to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted as well as both bottom 2nd molars (which were impacted) uprighted as recommended by her orthodontist. My daughter was petrified just thinking about the trauma she was about to endure. Lakeshore Oral Surgical Center made the whole process "painless", from start to finish. Everyone was so wonderful. Scheduling, billing insurance, all the way to the actual surgery day went so smooth and my daughter felt so at ease. Thank you to their entire staff and Dr. Kiss. You are all amazing. Only bad thing was my daughter was sad when I told her they don't do general dentistry when she was asking to switch all of her future dental care to this office.

I would give them 10 stars based on their exceptional care and professionalism. Dr. Kiss explained everything in advance and painlessly extracted my tooth. I experienced no pain or bleeding afterward and the staff was so efficient and caring. Ashley in particular, went above and beyond managing every detail and keeping me comfortable and pain free. I could not recommend them highly enough!

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered. I really felt important and was treated in a caring manner. After my pain free x-rays, a thorough analysis was presented to me b bbny Dr. Nielsen. He was calm, friendly and certain. When I asked for the appointment to have my Wisdom teeth pulled, there was an opening the very next morning at 9am. The procedure went perfectly and I had very little pain whatsoever. I would highly recommend Dr Nielsen, and the staff was the best.

Dr. Nielsen did my wisdom teeth surgery and I'm improving with no complications. The surgery was quick and I was sent home with adequate prescriptions to cover my pain. I truly feel cared for as a patient because hours after surgery I was called and asked follow up questions to assess my recovery. I would recommend others to have this procedure here.
