My husband and I have been going to this clinic for a few years now and we've decided to move on. We saw the same hygienist at our last appointments and it was just a strange experience. I asked to see a different hygienist and the person helping me scheduled acted as if it was a chore. The scheduling staff is always rude and impatient on the phone and I'm sick of it. I will say, there are some younger hygienists and younger front desk staff that are always kind.

Been going to Lakeshore for over 20 years. Everyone there is professional, courteous, kind and respectful. Dr. Ross knows what he is doing and gives you the best dental care suited for you.

Appreciation post for the entire staff at Lakeshore Family Dentistry! I am a nightmare patient between my crippling anxiety and the fact that my body temperature runs hot and literally burns through any kind of anesthesia (yay Crohns). Dr. Jacobson is so wonderful, Natalie at the front let me have a panic and helped so much when I just needed Chris, Shelly was so patient with me as I came in and out of anesthesia more times than probably either of us could keep count of, Chris who originally did my first appointment checked in on me too! So grateful to have found such a wonderful office willing to take on such a handful of a task. Thank you ladies so much.

I have been going to Lakeshore Dentists for years and when walking into their office it is like old home week friendly with very warm greetings. Dr. Ross and his assistants are great. No one likes their teeth worked on but they do their best to make it less painful. Great Dentisl. Great people.

Great experience. Sue cleaned and evaluated my teeth and gums - very efficient, gentle, thorough and fun to interact with. Dr Ross was congenial as always. Both were personable and professional, and created the kind of warm, welcoming atmosphere one hopes for at a dentists office but rarely finds.

Thanks to my daughter's recommendation when I was new to the area, I was rescued from yet another dental chain experience where I rarely had the same dentist; I couldn't be sure if recommendations were needed or corporate "upsell"; and I was pressured to make costly and immediate decisions. I felt like a generic bucket - how much can we get into it? At Lakeshore Family Dentistry, I was given a thorough examination; Dr. Ross provided an equally thorough explanation of the results, and we had an open discussion of my needs and priorities. Together, we planned the work to be done and are working the plan! The attention to detail and excellence is evident and very much appreciated. The office is noticeably well-run and efficient; the staff operates with friendliness, compassion and skill. I like knowing my treatment is based on me, as an individual - and knowing exactly what is in my personalized bucket of care and why. Keep up the great work and thanks!

I continue to be overly impressed with everyone at Lakeshore Dentistry. Janelle does and awesome job with my teeth cleaning. She eases my tension, and walks me through the whole process. And Dr Ross is simply amazing. He does a great job of explaining optoins, pros and cons and most importantly puts me in a position to make a decision I am comfortable with. Thank you all.

Dr Krohn and his staff are always prepared, always put their patients first and always have gone above snd beyond. Their dental team is unlike any I've encountered in all the years I've "gone to the Dentist" (and that's quite a few)! I would give Lake Shore Family Dentistry 5 stars, only because I can't give 6. I honestly think they deserve more.

I started with Dr. Kron about 36 years ago. I switched my children there a few years later because his office handled my children better than the local pediatric dentist did. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I like Dr. Kron's approach to my mouth which is not overly aggressive and has saved me some procedures/expenses.
