This is NOT a GOOD REVIEW! However, I will not hurt the Oshiros because they are great. But I do hope they see this and make adjustments. The older lady in glasses that works the front desk, will cost you customers eventually. She is not there to serve your customers, SHE IS A BILL COLLECTOR! As I am ready to leave after making an appointment, she tells me to wait, gets off the phone and proceeds to chastise me about a pass due bill. When I tell her my wife deals with it she pushes again, I tell her I'm not making a payment because my wife has an account she withdraws from, she pushes again and says, "well this is well over 90 days, can you pay something?" Making me look like a bafoon while others are in the office(this should be a private conversation) I have to tell her that maybe my wife forgot because she just lost both her parents in a car accident! Looking stunned, she still wants the money. I said how much is it..$86. $86!!! "Shame on you. You are pushing this hard for $86??" I said some other things but..then I find out $50 of it was for my son "recently" missing an appointment so actually..WE WERE TALKING $36!! I get people have to get paid but there is a way, a time and a place. This was a shameful act on that woman. She is terrible on the phone, in person, etc. If she is good for you, maybe have her behind the scenes because now I never want to deal with her again!

Dr. Oshiro, Dr. Panyk and their staff are excellent at what they do! After experiencing their care, I can finally say "I enjoy going to the dentist".

Didn't get to go, but hope the owners/doctors see this for what it's worth. I called, gave my name and what I was hoping to have done (cleaning and wisdom tooth extraction). The person who answered the phone was unprofessional at best and slightly rude at worst. Could not remember my name or why I was calling after 2 minutes and told me she did not know how to accept new patients and I would need to wait for the actual receptionist to call me back, "Today sometime, but we are busy," in the midst of giggling about who knows what. Your reception staff is the face of your business. You could be the best dentist in the Racine area, but your office staff is not confidence inspiring or polite. Wish this office the best, but they won't be getting my business.

Dr. Mary is such a gem. I moved to the northside of Milwaukee and foolishly switched to another dentist out of convenience for having my kids seen close to home. After months of very disappointing results on what they claimed was "cosmetic dentistry", I couldn't take it anymore and ran back to Dr. Mary who quickly resolved my issues to excellent results and with always the utmost care. I highly highly recommend her practice.

Dr. Edward Oshiro is the best dentist I have been to in years. He is patient listened to my fears and issues with previous dentists. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I wish there were more dentists like him. He did a tooth extraction on my and I had no pain or discomfort. Truly great dentist.

They all were so nice and welcoming. Even tho I was just meeting almost everyone for the first time it felt as though I've known them forever definitely a family environment. They made sure I was comfortable through the whole process and usually one would dread going to the dentist but I actually can't wait to go back! Thank you to Dr. Panyk and Beth for helping me in my process of making my smile better and bright and thank you to Karin for having great hospitality and a beautiful personality!

Dr. Osher (the male Dr) made me feel as if my concerns were not important to him. Had an apparent attitude towards me. Walked out of the room with no regard to my feelings. I would not reccommend this dentist if you want a more personable dentist to discuss concerns with.

Mr.Dr.Oshiro has been my doctor for the past 4 years. As a new patient I was welcomed and felt he was friendly and knowledgeable. Last year however he changed and he was very cold during my visit.I decided to keep him despite my reservations and had an even worse experience at my annual last week.I have not been a patient of his wife however, I do not feel comfortable supporting his clinic any longer.The hygienist (Christine) is the best I ever had.(kind, compassionate and professional)She was worth staying the last year Dr. Oshiro is not.Im moving on.

I absolutely love my trips to the dentist!!! Dr. Ed and Dr. Mary are so very gentle. They listen to you and I never feel rushed. I would highly recommend either one of them for expert dental care.
