Dr. Skowronski graduated from the James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2009 and has been practicing comprehensive cosmetic, implant and general dentistry at his private practice in Mooresville, NC.
Dr. Jake believes that learning is a never ending process and has completedhundreds of hours on continuing education in order to stay current on all the new dentistry innovations including new techniques and technology.
In his spare time he enjoys playing guitar, bass, pianoand drums. He also enjoys camping and playing golf. An avid sports fan, he enjoys attending Carolina Panthers and Hornets games. He attends churchregularlywith his family andgives back to his community by being on the Town of Mooresville 's 'Environmental Protection Commission' and has been a Committee member since 2012. More than anything else, Dr. Jake enjoys spending time with his family.
Why is a Fellowship important? A dentist who has received their Fellowship offers his or her patients cutting-edge care. We have to complete 500 hours of continuing education in various disciplines and then pass a rigorous examination. It's not easy, but it's worth it to make sure my patients are getting the best possible care available.
