Dr. Jeremy Diquattro (we like to call him D4!) is a native Arizonan, born and raised in Mesa. He attended BYU for his bachelors in Biology. From there, he went on to Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, AZ. Dr. Diquattro has received extended training in dental implants, and cosmetic dentistry and remains committed to lifelong learning in all aspects of dentistry. He has a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry a prestigious award given to just 5% of dentists. Dr. Diquattro truly enjoys serving patients and has traveled to Guatemala providing dental care. Prior to that, he served a two-year mission in Argentina and enjoys volunteering and serving in his church. A married father of four, Jeremy is also passionate about sports. He loves playing and following all sports, especially baseball. If you like to talk about sports, hes happy to oblige!

Our Tempe office is equipped with state of the art dental equipment and technology including digital x-rays, lasers and special cameras in an effort to make your visit comfortable and pain-free. Each of our patient chairs comes with a flat-screen monitor so we are able to take digital x-rays and view them instantaneously, reducing radiation exposure. Our goal is to make your visit stress-free. The dental care you receive at Lakeshore Dental will always be of the highest quality. We are conveniently located off Guadalupe and Juniper just east of Marcos De Niza High School.
Lakeshore Dental employs two highly qualified Hygienists who provide professional treatment, preventative education and disease maintenance. Our Dental Assistants are certified and educated in assisting the doctor during your treatment to help make your dental experience as comfortable and smooth as possible. Our friendly front office coordinator greets each patient with professionalism. It is her goal to carefully manage your account and insurance information to ensure that your financial and scheduling needs are handled thoroughly, promptly and accurately. With over 20 years of experience combined they are more than capable to help you understand every aspect of your visit and are committed to making your experience as comfortable and convenient as possible. Our team can work together seamlessly in any situation making our office exceptional in its quality and professionalism.

I had a new hygienist at my most recent visit. I've never had a bad experience here, and she exceeded my previous great cleanings. My new favorite hygienist! Dr. Diquatrro is, as always, fantastic. He's informative, offers a good explanation, and listens. I love this practice.

I have been going here for over 10 years. The office has changed dentist a few times but every hygienist has been great! Even though it's a drive for me, I still go here because they take good care of me.

Excellent experience with the entire dental office. It was my first visit with Dr. Diquattro. He was kind and gentle and explained everything that needed to happen thoroughly. The office staff that I encountered were so very nice and answered all my questions. Excited to have found such a great dental office!

Dr. Diquattro did an amazing job replacing a crown. The whole staff was quick, professional and friendly! Plus, their view from the chair isn't bad. I would highly recommend them. It would even be worth driving an extra distance.

The office staff is friendly. I had an awesome hygienist. She was great. I think the best cleaning ever! Dr D is great too. I'd recommend.
