Do not go! If you want disrespectful go to lakeshore. I needed a Root canal for one of my teeth, but Dr Ali accidentally broke my tooth which I didn't had any problem for that tooth he broke. He said don't worry my business will cover and I'm responsible to fix this tooth. I said ok. He took impression and sent to the lab. Few weeks later I was told to come and I went to the clinic. I got my crown but the crown he put on didn't match my real tooth. It was darker than my original tooth that he damaged. He also said this tooth/crown has a warranty for 5 years which he was lying. After four months the tooth got discolouration. I was worried and I ended up calling the clinic to schedule appointment & see the doctor. During my appointment I saw Dr Ali and a new doctor, which he introduced me as Dr. Zalma, I explained my feeling for that tooth he said, I can't do anything about this tooth you need to go specialist. I asked why would I go specialised? Aren't you the one who break my teeth? Huh! He said go talk to the front office guy "Abdul". I'm busy now with my other patients and I don't have time to discuss with you this matter. I went the front desk guy he said we will call you. Give us few more days. I'm still waiting Up to know nobody called me it was two months ago. Dr. Ali all he cares is money. When you go the clinic first time he welcome you and treat you the best but after he took your money, he don't know you and he don't care what problem you have. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Disgusting Dentist I have ever seen is Dr. Ali (Lakeshore Dental). if you care your teeth/ oral health don't go to lakeshore Dental that's my advice. Come here if you like to be disrespected by rude.

I am a 80 year old immigrant and scared of procedures. Dr Ali was very understanding and patient and throughly explained everything to me. When I go back to my building with a sharp smile, all the old folks in the building will be coming.

Life is short smile while you have teeth if not call Dr Ali. Take care of your teeth and they will take care of you. Dr Ali really made my smile look amazing, he took his time to explain the whole procedure, and made sure my smile was amazing and also his assistant Halimo was god send, she make sure there was no stain's on my teeth. Over all he is forever my dentist I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. Look at my smile!!!! Can't thank him enough..

Dr Ali is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. I was able to be helped right away. Everyone was welcoming and very helpful. I have been to a lot of dental clinics and by far Lakeshore Dental is the best clinic I have been to. Thank you for your service today.

Terrible service. Arrogant doctor thinks he knows everything he's doing, we're coming back for another teeth removal and i assure you After i will call the police for this shady business you guys have going on. Don't try to screw over customers with the cheap Lies. I will get police involved. disgusting behavior. this is not professional at all!!

The team at lake shore dental are the best and I haven't had a better experience at any dental clinic. Abdul and and all the great staff are hard working, enthusiastic, and happy to help with what ever you need. I haven't ever felt so welcome before. They absolutely made my day. Thanks guys!

This place is so understaffed and unorganized! I had an appt scheduled over a month ago. I was called the day before my appt to be told that a hygienist was not available and they would have to reschedule my appt with the next available a month later. Just called to confirm my appt and was told that the hygienist leaves at the time my appt was scheduled for, so they would have to reschedule. They did not plan to tell me this until the very day before my appt! Why would they even schedule me for this time if it wasn't available!? Now I'm moving out of state and will have to wait until I can get in to a whole new clinic, which usually takes months and now I am overdue for a dental appt. It's bad enough that they schedule appts that are not even available, but to make you wait until the day before the appt to cancel on you! I can understand that once may be a genuine mistake, but to happen twice 2 months in a row! I should add that I thought the dentist was very nice during my first appt, but the way the office is run is just a disaster. Also, I called them a few months back to ask a question and could not get anyone on the phone and no one ever returned my voicemail.

I love this place I been going here since they opened and never went anywhere else. The staff is incredibly and so polite , and the office is always clean.

Had an appointment then they canceled it then rescheduled a month later, finally the day came I showed up at 3pm then they try to tell me the appointment was at 4pm then I show them the massage they sent me as a reminder!!! Yes it is at 3pm not 4pm!!!! Then they try to cancel me AGAIN come on.

I originally came here for a second opinion on a pain in my gum after my old dental place told me I needed two root canals and would need to pay $4,000 upfront. When I arrived Dr. Ali was able to determine the problem right away (it was not root canals) and fixed it. It's been a year and I no longer have the pain and I have been going here since. Great dentist and great place!

Only reason I'm giving this rating is because of the way they tried to play me about my insurance. Mind you the staff was amazing but I needed several procedures done and my insurance didn't cover all of them. Like the crown after my root canal. I payed out of pocket for it and then I told them I have a wisdom tooth that is literally falling apart and this procedure was covered by my insurance and the financial worker said I couldn't get it done until I had a deep cleaning first which wasn't covered by my insurance. So it's like they only were allowing me to get procedures done that I had to pay out of my pocket for. Smh oh and $ 1000 for a deep cleaning is ridiculous. No one's insurance covers those but yet they tell everyone the need them. Oh and Dr. Didnt use rubber dam when he did my root canal. Very dangerous
