Dr de Tolla took extreme measures for keeping me infection free as well as comfortable. He has a very good practice in tact for office and home care. He is very caring re-checking his work and healing with multiple visits from start to finish. I was very impressed with his talent and i am very grateful to have had him do my implant.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lakes Region. I don't think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes and so they are very efficient. Dr. Pak is outstanding and clearly very experienced. His staff, both at reception and dental assistants are extremely friendly and professional. Overall 5 stars and I would give them more if I could.

Had major implant surgery here and then follow up for another extraction. Staff were responsive, courteous, and extremely attentive and helpful. Even went out of way to arrange emergency visit to another office. Great treatment all around!

Was referred here by my dentist, the staff were not friendly and the dentist Dr Pak was quite full of himself. They were fine until they found out about one of my health conditions that is very much under control, had to get clearance from all my Dr's before they would schedule an appt as I need sedation since novocaine doest work on me. control, got clearance from every Dr I have and they scheduled me into July, well last night one of my teeth snapped in half and I sent an email to see if I can get on a cancelation list as the nerve is exposed and really hurts...today I get a call saying they I'm not a "good fit" for their office...so they literally wasted over 2 months of my time when I could have gone elsewhere. Very unprofessional and for a doctor, they are not at all understanding about medical conditions. Would not ever recommend.

This was my very first surgery ever and I've never experienced general anesthesia. I was pretty nervous and by the end of the experience, I'll never be fearful of these procedures again. I highly recommend this office! Amazing staff who empathetically (and biometrically haha) identified my stress and made sure I was comfortable. I went from wanting to avoid this to finding myself reflecting on it for days, amazed at how everything was handled. Very grateful.

As if having oral surgery isn't anxiety producing enough- the employees at this office are rude, condescending and just plain difficult to deal with. They made my almost 18 year old daughter feel so uncomfortable that she will not return and then speaking with them on the phone they lied and hung up on us. We asked for the dr to call us back regarding the issue and he never did. With so many amazing practices available for oral surgery, why go to one that belittles it's patients and treats them disrespectfully? You deserve better.

My mother had to have multiple teeth removed recently. She was very nervous as anyone would be, and this office was not compassionate or caring what so ever. From the moment she got Into the procedure room she was treated like just another number. The room was cold and when she asked for a blanket the only response she got was "well when we get working we got hot in here," needless to say she never received a blanket. The staff member then proceeded to crank up the music, blaring 80's, so when my mother asked again for a blanket she was ignored. As you can imagine this is not the kind of room that would feel comforting to anyone about to endure a dental surgery, anesthesia on board or not. Once the procedure was over she was still waking up from the anesthesia, her mouth packed with gauze, and was having a little trouble breathing, she recalled the post op nurse asking "what is wrong with you do you have sleep apnea or something?" In a harsh barking tone... When my father was allowed back to see her, she was in a wheelchair tears running down her face. He tried to comfort her all while the post op instructions were being told to him by a staff member. He generally had a few questions, but was told everything is in the packet....The whole experience was chaotic and unsettling for the both of them. Coming from someone who has worked in the healthcare field caring for patients directly for 15 years, the way my mother was treated today was unprofessional and un-compassionate. She has had her fair share of health related procedures and is not one to complain or be a baby and what my parents recounted to me was appalling. I understand that dealing with patients everyday isn't always the easiest and that no matter what profession we are all pressed for time, but when dealing with nervous patients about to undergo an invasive procedure healthcare professionals need to put their best foot forward no natter what the circumstances and help them feel at ease. I honestly hope that this review is an eye opener to Dr. De Tolla and his staff and urge them to treat their patients as they would want themselves and their loved ones to be treated.

Was referred to Dr. Pak for a wisdom tooth extraction by my regular dentist. From my appointment call to Dr. Pak's office through their call to check on me following the procedure, I was highly impressed with the office staff and Dr. Pak and his dental assistant. I have had a significant amount of dental work over the years. This office and Dr. Pak are among the very top. Friendly, professional and I experience no pain (during or after). Six days have passed since the procedure and all is well. I highly recommend Dr. Pak and his staff.

Had a damaged wisdom tooth that was infected. Needed it removed quickly. I called on Monday and was lucky enough to be seen on Tuesday by Dr. Pak. I've had a few other extractions but this one was super fast with no pain and no complications. The staff was all great from the front desk to the doctor himself and everyone in between. I will say its not like a regular dentist, they are quick about everything but not in a rude or uncaring way.
