My primary mission in my practice is for all patients to receive high quality dental care in a relaxed and caring environment. I want to help each person that enters achieve their oral health goals. Whether your goal is to have a bright, white smile, to be able to eat the foods you want, or just be free of dental pain, I am here to help you. It is important to me that patients are comfortable with all aspects of the treatment process and are treated with kindness and respect at all times. I have been through extensive medical treatment myself and truly understand how powerful compassion from a healthcare provider can be.
I am proud to be from Maine. I grew up in Randolph and now call Clinton my home. After earning a bachelor's degree from Simmons University and a DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, I was selected for an additional year of advanced training at the Togus VA Maine. This program included extensive training in a variety of dental specialties including oral surgery and dental implant procedures that I now use to help people like you everyday.
Also, I am a total nerd! I l live to learn and love to stay up to date with all new technology and procedures in the dental field. I have committed myself to completing at least 150 hours of Continuing Education each year, which is 7.5 times the 20 hours required to maintain a dental license in the State of Maine. I have studied at the renowned Pankey Institute, Spear Education and even host a academic study club for dentists in the community.
I recently earned my Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and am currently participating in a five-year master track program to achieve my Mastership. The Fellowship is an achievement only 6% of dentists in the US have attained.
You can tell I am very open -- and so is the rest of my team. When you are visiting us, if you have a question about ANYTHING do not hesitate to ask. It is your mouth and your body, you need to be informed to make the best choices for your oral health. I am here to help you and look forward to seeing you soon!
My team and I enjoy helping others and volunteering our time though Donated Dental Services, the Special Olympics as well as international dental mission trips where we provide care to those born into extreme poverty in 3rd world countries. The pandemic has put our international trips on hold for now, but we are looking forward to when we can safely return to Central America to help those who it need it so much.
I joined Lakes Region Dental Center in 2011 after graduating with honors from the University of Augusta/Bangor's dental hygiene program. I truly enjoy my job as a dental hygienist. In particular, I love when my patients and parents ask me lots of questions about oral health!
When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, time outdoors 'at camp', and being crafty! Originally I am from Massachusetts but have fallen in love with the beautiful state of Maine and enjoy exploring it in my free time.
Lakes Region Dental Center is the dental practice of Rebecca Berry, DMD located in Oakland, Maine which is conveniently located near Waterville. Dr. Berry and her staff are far and away the best dental team I've ever been to. As a patient with a multiple, complex dental issues in the past, I was filled with familiar dread when I realized that I needed to re-do a two crown bridge in the front of my mouth. Dr. Berry and her staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was well informed, heard, and truly happy with the bridge. I cannot say enough how well they handled everything and how comfortable they made me feel. They are an incredible team somehow dropped in the little town of Oakland, ME. Seriously, if you're looking for a dentist- look no further. Thank you so much Dr. Berry, Kylee, Denise, and Saige, you all are amazing!!

Dr. Berry and her staff are friendly ,caring and very professional. I strongly recommend them to anyone that has any anxiety about dental visits because of the level of personal care the staff give to their patients.

They are wonderful people, making you feel comfortable and at ease during the visits. Everyone is super friendly. Scheduling appointments are easy. I never thought I'd enjoy going to the dentist but Dr Berry and staff make a great experience.

I am a summer resident in the area and had an issue with a front tooth. Dr. Berry fit me in to her schedule even though I was not a patient of hers. She and her staff were wonderful and remediated the issue and than got me to a specialist in Portland. I would highly recommend Dr. Berry.

I am pleased to write about the excellent experience I had at Lakes Region Dental Center. My insurance requires that I get two cleanings a year and a full check up. My experience is that having such a good plan is often taken advantage of,(finding problems that don't exist needing treatment etc.). That was not a concern here. When I was reading the Google reviews online while searching, I read about the respect Dr Berry had as a dentist at the VA. This was heartwarming as a veteran myself. Dr Berry and her staff are consummate professionals with state of the art equipment. The examination and treatment we're the best I experienced anywhere. If you were looking for dentist, start with Dr Berry and her staff and you'll be good hands.

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and assured that Dr Berry and her team would do everything possible to help me understand the issue I was having and help me make the best choice as to how to go about fixing my issue. After having been to a different dentist and getting a bad vibe, I knew i had made the right choice going to lakes region dental. My precedure went well, but after i had a minor case of dry socket, they were more than accommodating in getting me in and checking me out and helping me solve the issue right away. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an amazing dentist and a great support team. Thank you, you guys you made this anxious time way easier to handle.

Hands down the best general dentistry practice I have ever been to. I cannot rave enough about the kind, caring, professional staff. My children love the gentleness of Dr. Berry and Fiona is always ready to greet you like you're an old friend. Highly recommend them!

Seeing a dentist can be intimidating especially if you haven't been for a while. These guys are awesome! I no longer dread going to the dentist. They are friendly, down to earth and compassionate. I will never see another dentist again. I am extremely satisfied and i have recommend them to my friends, family and co-workers. Thank you guys for making my teeth feel and look great!

Dr. Berry was great. She took the time to explain what she was doing and answer all of my questions. I was nervous bringing my son who is almost 2 years old in for his first dentist appointment, but was quickly at ease. Dr. Berry was fantastic with him and made him and me feel comfortable right away. I would recommend her and her staff if you are looking for a dentist.
