Dr. Ryan Manke is a Detroit Lakes native, graduating from Detroit Lakes High School class of 2000. Hewent on to complete a B.S. in Biology fromthe University of North Dakota and a dental degree from the University of Minnesota. He has served as president of the Northwest District Dental Society and remains active in organized dentistry.
Dr. Kristine Riewer graduated from the University of Minnesota school of dentistry and has been practicing in Detroit Lakes since 2001. She and her husband, Jon, have three children and enjoy all that living at the lakes has to offer.

Will not help you in an emergency except for during business hours. I had to call another dentist for help with severe dental pain on the weekend. No emergency number to call. I will never go to a dentist again that has no emercency contact and their priority is not pain. Also told me when I made appointment that it was going to be awhile before they could do anything for my bad toothache. Never going here again.

I have to give a big shout-out to the nice woman who helped me on the phone, Crystal! I've been calling around dentists in Minnesota all day to try and find someone accepting patients with the Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, and have mostly been answered with a sharp "no" and no additional help. Crystal actually had a list of practices on hands that WERE accepting my insurance and gladly waited while I got a pen to write them down. So while I can't rate the doctors or treatment there, I can give a dazzling review for their reception! Way to go, Crystal!
