I had a consultation for my 2 oldest girls. I'm a mom of 4 (2 of them being toddlers)so bringing all 4 was a challenge in itself but the staff was nothing short of amazing to all of my children. The place is definitely kid friendly. Very clean. My girls do not need any work done at this time but in the future I can already say I wouldn't go anywhere else. My girls even received a personal thank you letter in the mail today and I thought that was a wonderful gesture.

This is such a wonderful place with such a kind, gentle staff. My 10-year-old is nervous about the orthodontic care she needs (expanders), but everyone we've dealt with is great at explaining what's going on and very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Sandy and Dr. Jezdimir were absolutely amazing with my daughter. My daughter has anxiety and they made her feel right at home and explained everything to her. She is actually excited to begin phase 1 of her journey. I would recommend Lakepointe to everone!!

Extremely friendly, clean and knowledgeable establishment. My daughters first Orthodontist appointment, Sandy made us feel welcomed and at home. Dr.Frenchi showed great amount of professionalism. I would recommend this place for sure.

I got both of my daughters out of school early. Show up for our first appointment only to be told they had cancled my appointment. WITH NO NOTICE!

I used to be a patient here 20 years ago, and my daughter is a patient now. I love this practice, all doctors and staff are so friendly; they made sure that my daughter understood everything that was going on and eased her anxieties around the orthodontic process.

I absolutely recommend Lakepointe Orthodontics!!! Dr Krieg is the best! He did an amazing job with my teeth, and I smile more often now, because my teeth look soooo goood! Love it! Front desk girls are so nice and helpful also! Thousands of stars not just five!!!

There are so many wonderful things to say about LakePointe. Amazing staff, clean office space, helpful, thorough, easy xrays, everyone is beyond nice, etc. Highly recommend!

This is the nicest establishment ever! The building is clean and welcoming, there is a gameroom for while you wait and even incentive opportunities for rewards. The staff is friendly and you can tell they really love what they do!( i got a welcome when i walked in)
