Our Wichita office is also proud to offer the latest in state-of-the-art dental equipment for your convenience and comfort, including CEREC CAD/CAM technology for one-visit porcelain crowns and restorations, digital radiography (X-rays), soft tissue lasers, intraoral cameras, and surgical microscopes for root canal treatment.

Dr. Ernie Belen is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine and the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. He has completed a graduate residency program and received his certificate in Periodontics after completing years of training. He is also a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute (LVI), where he received extensive training in Cosmetic Dentistry (smile makeover). He completed the Advanced and Master Aesthetic Program at the LVI. Dr. Belen is also a member of the American Academy of Periodontology and is a fellow of the International College of Implantology (ICOI). He practiced in the state of Pennsylvania for several years before moving to Wichita, Kansas in 1992. Dr. Belen is passionate about his profession and enjoys attending continuing education courses.

Dr. Mary Ann Chang is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine and the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. She completed her graduate residency program in Endodontics in 1989 and received a Master of Dental Science Degree. She was fortunate to have received training at the University of Pennsylvania, Graduate School of Endodontics. This program was established by Dr. Louis Grossman, who is the father of modern Endodontics. Dr. Chang has been serving the Wichita community since 1993. She is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists.

Originally from Kansas City, Dixie has been at our office for the past seven years. She attended Maplewoods Community College, as well as University of MissouriKansas City and Wichita State University. She really enjoys working for good doctors who do quality work.

Dixie has three kids Austin (a boy) and Sydney (a girl), who are 26 year-old twins, and another son, Collin, who is 23. When she isnt busy at work, she enjoys being around horses, doing non-profit/charity works, running, and biking. She is also on the Board of Directors at Hope in the Valley Equine Rescue.

Caressa is from Wichita, and she has worked as a dental assistant at Lakepoint Dental Health & Aesthetic for two and a half years. She attended both Butler University and the Heritage College, where she learned everything she needed to know about great assisting. She loves the staff she works with; everyone feels like family.

As a dental assistant with a passion for helping others, Savannah is a wonderful addition to our practice. She graduated from Wichita Heights High School and went on to earn her degree at Heritage College as well as her CPR certification. She is the proud mother of two beautiful boys and has been engaged to her wonderful fianc for six years. When shes not helping our patients feel welcome, safe, and comfortable, Savannah enjoys baking and spending time with her family.

Karen has been working in the dental world for an incredible 36 years now, having spent the last thirteen at our Wichita practice. She attended Wichita State University and earned her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. She really enjoys helping her patients become healthier through her work.

Karen is married and has three grown children, as well as four beautiful grandchildren. When she has free time, she enjoys going to concerts and car races, spending time with her husband, and taking long road trips together on their Harley!

Sarah has been a valuable member of our team for six years and has more than 11 years in the field of dentistry. Following her graduation from Crescent Lake Christian Academy, Sarah attended the UMKC School of Dental Hygiene and earned her RDH degree. She says that one of the best things about her job is getting the opportunity to meet new patients and learn as much as she can about them.

Sarah is blessed with a wonderful husband and two children. In her leisure time, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her family. One interesting fact about Sara: She has played the harp for fifteen years!
