The amount of time these people take to ensure that their patient is comfortable, and relaxed at all times is extraordinary. Their attention to detail is an absolute breath of fresh air. Never have I felt more cared for in ANY medical setting. This dental practice is absolutely AMAZING!

I want to leave a review specifically for Rose, the office manager. I know most people don't realize how important she is. She is by far the hardest working woman I've ever seen. She bends over backwards to be accommodating! She is so knowledgeable! She will spend so much time answering questions, calling insurance companies, doing everything in her power to make sure you get all the answers and help you need to make you as comfortable as possible. They often change hygienists and dentists, but Rose is the constant. She is the reason my family and I will continue using Lakemoor Dental. She is the heart and soul of this business. I love this office. I am a nervous Nelly when it comes to the dentist. Everyone here helps you feel at ease. The hygienist is so gentle, and makes sure you're never in pain. Dr. Kim is so knowledgeable, kind and gentle. Rose at the front desk is fabulous and goes out of her way to accommodate your scheduling needs. Their price for braces is very reasonable, plus they offer no interest financing. Highly, highly recommend this practice! I had to take a star away because we have been coming here for years, and have spent literally thousands of dollars on braces, fillings, whitening,etc, now all of a sudden they've decided to stop giving the little goodie bags with toothbrushes, floss, and toothpaste. I know it's not that big a deal, but going to the dentist is stressful and it was nice to get a little reward. They should definitely reinstate that practice!!

I have nothing bad to say about the technical skills of the dental hygienists or the dentists. My issue came from Rose at the front desk. I was told at several visits that I had a cavity under an onlay that was done by a prior dentist. I decided to follow the recommendation by the dentist and Rose was supposed to check coverage. On the morning of the procedure, I contacted Rose and she told me the procedure was approved by insurance. Once the tooth was filed off the doctor told me that there was actually no cavity underneath- so I literally had a procedure that was not warranted. I paid my portion out of my HSA and the insurance denied multiple attempts by Rose when she submitted he claims. Rose said she got a verbal ok from an Anthony. Everyone knows that insurance companies provide a written authorization, never verbal only, when approving a major dental procedure. Rose was extremely rude on the phone - yelling, telling me that I, myself, was lying about contacting the insurance company. She sent in three claims for one amount and another three claims for a different amount. All were denied. The insurance company has no record of Rose speaking with an Anthony or Sandra regarding the claim a she stated to me. Don't trust Rose - contact your insurance company yourself to make sure the procedure will be covered. I did get my portion returned to me by Rose after numerous texting back and forth. Horrible experience dealing with her. She knows she never got the authorization because that is why I got my money back. I had a crown put on a tooth after being told there was a cavity underneath when there never was. I'm going elsewhere.

The best Dental office. I have been to many other offices for dental cleaning, but not even one of them was close to the results they provide. I will never visit any other dental office. Best team with the best doctors. Thank you very much for my white smile.

Dr. Kirkorian was amazing and really took her time and answered all my goofy questions. The rest of the staff was extremely personable and very attentive...I will definitely go back there.

The Doctor and staff was the best. I would recommend them to everyone that asks. They made me comfortable from the time I walked in until the time I left. Rose the receptionist was awesome.

GREAT DENTAL OFFICE FULL OF AMAZING DENTAL TEAM! I am always able to book an appointment for my 2 daughters on the same day (they have Saturdays too). Team explains everything to you and ensures good service. Highly recommend!
