Just had my first appointment at the Arlington Heights office. Had a cracked filling in my molar. Staff were wonderful. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. They explained everything well and answered all my concerns. Highly recommended.

Hello, We love Dr. Patel and her staff! Dr. Patel is honest and so caring. We are fairly new to Lakemoor Dental and happy there. The staff is friendly and helpful and the office is clean. We HIGHLY recommend Lakemoor Dental. We've been to the AH & EGV location. Looking forward to our six month cleaning.

We had an ortho consult with Dr. Emil and a visit with Dr. Juan. They got our family in the same day. Everyone in the office was warm and friendly including the receptionist. She was helpful, super sweet, and easy going. Dr. Emil gave my daughter a treatment plan for her orthodontia that was thoughtful and affordable. He took the time to explain the treatment to me and answered all of my questions. He was professional, direct, and REAL, which I appreciated. (He was our 5th consult and we REALLY liked him the most.) Dr. Juan was so sweet with my kids, positive and upbeat. He helped them feel comfortable. They were giggling the whole time and actually enjoyed being at the dentist! Do yourself {and your kids} a favor, go to Lakemoor Dental! They're outstanding!

I wanted to try out a new Dentist Office, since having issues at my last location. Dr. Patel is great she immediately made me feel at home. Clean, inviting environment, and the front desk girls greeted me with smiles. Veronika was attentive and very professional. I'll be making the switch!!!

The staff was incredible! I had to change my appointment last minute because of work and they accommodated me with no problems. When I went in, the front desk was so welcoming and Dr.Juan is the best at his job!

My first experience was in Lakemoor, I did my initial exam at that location and met Dr Patel. Got my dental work done Arlington Heights location by Dr. Juan. He was also amazing. Dr Juan and his assistant was very gentle and explained every step during the process. Both locations had wonderful courteous staff. Very clean and friendly environment. Definitely recommend, especially for cowards as my self. I'm actually looking forward to continue working on my dental health. Thank Dr.Patel and Dr.Juan.

Dr. Juan was awesome. The entire staff was amazing. This office was very welcoming, professional, and caring. They were able to see me for an emergency visit on a Saturday at noon. The office is very clean and modern. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs. The only complaint is that the doctor wouldn't prescribe me anything for pain even though over the counter pain medicine hasn't touched my pain. He said the antibiotics would take care of the pain. Which is probably true, but they will take a few days to work. I'm nervous about not sleeping again tonight.

I had my braces done at the Arlington Heights location. So far my experience has been very pleasant. My smile has improved astronomically since day one. Besides that they have done clean ups for me every six months and all the staff has been very attentive to me. I highly recommend Lakemoor Dental.
