Definitely worth the out of network price! Customer service and personalized care that ACTUALLY cares about you, is outstanding! I tried an in-network provider and ended right back at Lakeland Smiles! The hygienists are informative and walked me through my dental insurance coverage and how we could maximize the insurance spending vs out of pocket! I love this place and they make you feel comfortable while trying to get your dental back on track! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!! Signed, Someone who hasn't had dental in 7+ years.

Lakeland Smiles and Bethany Baillargeon DDS. Is highly RECOMMENDED! All the staff are always friendly & kind. Ellie has been my hygienist for apx 7 years now and she is very skilled, gentle, & knowledgeable! Tanya has been the main assistant working with me and again the best! Today I had another assistant- so kind. Bethany, now my favorite dentist, IS THE BEST as well. She is knowledgeable, professional, does her best to make me feel comfortable. Always gives me options & improves my oral wellbeing. Seriously- I am always so anxious about dental care, but now I am not knowing I am in good hands. One more thing- Bethany always ensues NO PAIN or very little as well when working on me. Highly recommend this office!!

Lakeland Smiles in Pelican Rapids is the best!!! I have literally NEVER walked out without a smile! They are so kind and caring. They listen to every little detail of your concerns and thoughts about your teeth. I can honestly say, this is the BEST dental practice I have ever gone to. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks so much!!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Bethany for years, as well as the same Hygienist, Alyssa. I am always treated well and with respect, and I always have a great experience. I recently took my 4 year old to his first dentist appointment at Lakeland Smiles, and everyone was so great with him. Highly recommend Lakeland Smiles, Dr. Bethany, and her team!

It is always a great experience at Lakeland Smiles. Dr Bethany and her staff are wonderful! Whether it's dealing with Becky, the Admin, with appointments and insurance, or Tanya, Dental Assistant, with cleaning, x-rays, or assisting Dr Bethany, or Doctor Bethany who is personal, professional, explains everything, and does great work. They are amazing! I wasn't always thrilled to go to the dentist, but can honestly say I enjoy going now and appreciate the care taken with my dental needs.
